Melania Gardens is an extremely comfortable and surprisingly spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family house. It offers a large lounge / dining room, a separate kitchen / breakfast room, ground floor toilet, stairs to the first floor with 3 generous bedrooms, the master room has an en-suite bathroom and private balcony, the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are twin rooms, with 2 single beds and there is a further main bathroom. The house is fitted with air conditioning for your comfort, the kitchen comes well equipped with all one could need, including a washing machine. There is a table with 2 benches in the kitchen, this is in addition to a formal dining table with 8 chairs in the living area (and the patio table & chairs outside)… Outside, the property has carefully landscaped gardens bordered by a mature, well kept hedge. The private swimming pool is approx 8m x 4m with space around for sun beds, the patio table & chairs, etc. A great place to socialize, eat most meals or simply relax and chill out with a drink… In addition to the private swimming pool, you also have use of a communal swimming pool. This larger pool is for the residents and occupants of Melania Gardens C only.

The Paphos District
Located in a quieter, but not secluded area – between the variety of bars, cafes, shops, restaurants, car hire offices etc along "Tombs of Kings" Road and the Cypriot Village of Chloraka, where you will find kiosks, mini supermarket, banks, kebab shop and taverns etc. Sensibly one would have a hire car in this location, although facilities are within walking distance to the fit & healthy, you have to bear in mind the temperatures and climate for the time of year you visit. The house is in a more quiet residential area, being at the top of the hill, the elevated position allows for not only views of the sea, but lower humidity and a gentle breeze in hot summer months. You are approximately 800m from the main road connecting Coral Bay with Paphos Old Town and The Harbour (Kato Paphos). There is a really useful local bus running frequently throughout the day serving these areas, for a cost of approx 80 cents. Within the Paphos region you have an abundance of facilities, amenities and tourist attractions; just down the road is the ‘Tomb of the Kings’ archeological site. There are further ancient mosaics near the harbour.
Chlorakas area
Within easy driving distance are the Troodos Mountains, Akamas Peninsula, and Latchi Harbour etc. Also nearby you’ll find the aquarium, cinema, ten pin bowling, Water Park, go-karts, water sports, horse riding, Bird Park, Reptile Park, beaches, plus much more. Paphos International Airport is an approximately 20 minute drive away.
