About the home

The distinct advantage to this luxury 1-bedroom apartment, over almost any other apartment, is the superb size balcony - even with the sun beds, table and 6 chairs you have plenty of room to relax, sun bathe, play games etc.

This excellent social space is an amazing extension to the living area. The apartment internally offers a bright, spacious living area with comfortable seating including a sofa bed, there is a dining table with 6 chairs and a modern well-equipped kitchen with all one could need, including a washing machine. Both bedrooms are good sized, one with a double bed and the second a twin, with 2 single beds. In addition to the main bathroom (which has a shower over the bath), you also have a separate toilet; this proves extremely useful with a number of people staying. Air conditioning to the living area and both bedrooms as well as satellite television has been fitted to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

As you enter this apartment from the rear of the building, you actually walk in on ground level, there is a very small ramp providing wheel chair access, therefore suitable for disabled, elderly, families with pushchairs etc. The property has is own allocated covered parking space, for those who wish to hire a car.

The Paphos region

Eden Heights is a truly luxurious, modern complex, located in a quiet but not secluded area – just away from the end of the "Tombs of Kings" Road, therefore within easy access are ample facilities including restaurants, shops, bars, care hire, internet café, banks, mini supermarkets / kiosks etc. This is the main road connecting Coral Bay with Paphos Old Town and The Harbour (Kato Paphos). Ideally located, Eden Heights is set back only approx 200m from this road, built in an enviable, elevated position with superb views of the sea.

There is a really useful local bus running frequently throughout the day serving these areas, for a cost of approx 80 cents. Within in the Paphos region you have an abundance of facilities, amenities and tourist attractions; just down the road is the ‘Tomb of the Kings’ archaeological site. There are further ancient mosaics near the harbour.

The Chlorakas area

Within easy driving distance is the Troodos Mountains, Akamas Peninsula, Latchi Harbour etc. Also nearby you’ll find the aquarium, cinema, ten pin bowling, water park, go-karts, water sports, horse riding, bird park, reptile park, beaches, plus much more. Paphos International Airport is an approximately 20 minute drive away.
