The house is situated in an elevated position on the southern outskirts of the village of Chlorakas, with magnificent sea views and approximately 30 minutes drive from Paphos airport. The centre of the village is within walking distance, where you will find a variety of shops for your convenience.
Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace and patio, furnished with sun loungers, a table and chairs and BBQ to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the house is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. There is also a shared pool with showers.
From the front terrace, the house commands stunning views over the coastline and Paphos - a particularly pretty sight in the evenings. A short distance away, approximately 15minutes walk, you will arrive on Tombs of the Kings road where you will find the archaeological site of Tombs of the Kings, a variety of shops, bars and restaurants and tavernas.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Where bookings are for two weeks or more, towels and bed linen are changed weekly.
32" Flat Screen TV - UK TV channels can be obtained through streaming with a laptop.
Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space including clothes hangars.
The mains voltage supply is the same as the UK at 240v ac with the sockets being 13amp square pin. You therefore do not need to bring adaptors.

The Paphos District
With over 340 days of sunshine each year, Cyprus is one of the warmest european countries. Paphos and the surrounding areas have something for everyone, whether you are looking for a peacful and relaxing holiday or a more energetic activity holiday. The climate makes this an ideal location for both winter and summer breaks, for couple or families alike.
Paphos Harbour area is very cosmopolitan - one can spend all day just watching the world go by. If seafood is your passion there are a number of excellent restaurants on quayside which are good value for money.
There are numerous historical archeological sites to visit, both in and around Paphos, as well as further afield. eg;
* Mosaics near the old castle ruin.
* Tombs of the Kings.
* Curium amphitheatre
* Petra tou Romiou (Aphrodites Rock)
to name just a few.
Some other interesting places to visit are:
Donkey Sanctury, Aquarium, Lara Bay where the turtles breed and of course the Troodos mountains. There are also local wineries where you are made very welcome by the host and where you are given the opportunity to taste the wines being produced.
For the children there is a water park with numerous slides etc.
The climate in Paphos can vary during the day, so always remember your sunblock, especially when visiting the archeological sites, which are mainly open air.
Easter is an important time in the Greek calendar, more so than Christmas.
In the village there is an abundance of shops including a very large supermarket and a variety of restaurants,tavernas and take-away food stores offering menus to suit all tastes. There is also a bank, chemist, doctor, dentist, hairdresser, to name but a few.
The well known Tombs of the Kings archeological site is a 5 minute drive away, whilst the bustling picturesque Paphos Harbour and nearby Mosaics are a 15minute drive away as is the blue flag beach of Coral Bay and its many restaurants. There are also 3 championship Golf Courses within easy reach by car.
