Home description

Our home from home in the sun offers all the comforts you would require to enjoy a relaxing holiday. . Inside it is furnished to a high standard with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a large lounge/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer/cooker/microwave etc.... everything you need for the perfect self-catering holiday. The 2 balconies both have sea and pool views and the largest will easily accommodate 6 for those lazy morning breakfasts or dining alfresco in the evening. It has air conditioning/heating throughout, a tv, dvd player, a playstation (with games) to keep the kids amused whilst you are getting ready for a night on the town...even a doc for your i pod so you can bring your favourite tunes to create the perfect atmosphere.

There are 3 swimming pools, the largest with its gentle sloping access makes it suitable for all ages and the smallest is a shallow children's pool, perfect to take advantage of the 340 days of sunshine per year. Your car will be parked under cover and there is a lift or stairs to take you up to our apartment.

I think you'll agree that most of your creature comforts will be taken care of.

The Paphos District

Steeped in history, Paphos, situated on the south west coast of the island was in ancient times the capital of Cyprus. This beautiful resort's focal point is the charming fishing harbour by Paphos Fort, lined with open air tavernas that serve a tempting menu of the days catch and many local specialities. Although there are many sandy and pebbly beaches within Paphos the best sandy beach in the area is at Coral Bay, which is within easy reach of our apartment.

Chlorakas area

Chlorakas is a lovely traditional village situated on the top of a hill and it enjoys beautiful views over the Mediterranean with magnificent sunsets! Chlorakas has local traditional tavernas and a tiny ancient Byzantine church. There are a few shops and a very popular large supermarket within the village. It is surrounded by areas of natural beauty and agricultural land and remains peaceful, making it popular with both residents and holidaymakers.

20 minutes from Paphos airport - 90 minutes from Larnaca airport
You can choose from many airlines such as Easyjet - XL - First Choice - Thomson - British Airways

The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes giving ample storage space and there is a safe for your valuables.
A large new travel cot is available on request (free of charge). Also there is a selection of young children's toys and PS2 games.

A welcome pack is optional (contact us for details) and towels and linen are changed once a week.

Further details

A non-refundable £75 deposit per week is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total, payment of which is due six weeks before the commencement date of your holiday. A refundable deposit of £50 is payable with the final payment. This will be refunded to you after your holiday provided the key is returned and there is no damage.
