Downstairs is open plan with a large living area, dining area & kitchen area with excellent, modern appliances. The living area consists of modern comfortable furniture and offers a top of the range flat screen TV with DVD player and facility for Children's games. We also provide a selection of DVDs, CDs and books for all age groups. There is also a downstairs washroom with toilet and sink which is handy for guests coming in from the pool. Upstairs there is 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, then a twin room and a triple room which have use of the main bathroom.

The villa has a large garden to the front containing a private kidney shaped pool plus space available for 2 cars on the drive at the bottom of the garden. To the rear of the property there is a smaller private garden with a Terrace, Dining Furniture & a BBQ.
At the front of the Villa, there is a covered outdoor patio downstairs and a large balcony upstairs with uninterrupted views of the sea and the surrounding area. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the upstairs terrace positioned at the front of the property.

All bookings are subject to a £200 bond, which is refunded following a successful check out inspection. To secure a booking 30% deposit must be paid, if it is a last minute booking or special offer the full amount is due to confirm the reservation. Our Standard Terms are 30% to secure the booking immediately, balance to follow 10 weeks prior to check in date.
Conditions
Once you have given dates and been issued with a booking form, we will give you 7 days to confirm (3 days for peak periods) with a cleared deposit. If we do not receive confirmation within that timeframe the property availability will be released to other enquirers.

The Paphos region
Cyprus enjoys year round sunshine, the holiday season is typically March to November, although people do spend Christmas in Paphos as it does not shut down for the winter like the resorts on the other side of the Island such as Ayia Napa.
The Island of Cyprus has many historical places of interest linked to fascinating Greek Mythology such as Mount Olympus, The Birthplace of Aphrodite & The Baths of Adonis to name but a few.
The Chlorakas area
Chlorakas is situated half way between Paphos Town & Coral Bay, it consists of Chlorakas Village up on the hill and the seafront location Sunset View where Sunset Villa is perfectly positioned.
In nearby Paphos you can enjoy the vast choice of restaurants and bars, either in the old town or in the new town by the harbour.
In Coral Bay you can sunbathe on the beaches or participate in the wide range of watersports available.
If golfing is your chosen past time then you can play at the nearby Secret Valley Golf Club which welcomes non members, details of daily tariffs available on request.

There are many reasonably priced airlines flying to Paphos from all UK Airports, for example Thomas Cook or Thomsonfly.com who do cheap, flight only options.
From the 2008 season both Easyjet and Jet2 are doing budget flight routes to Paphos from Manchester, Leeds & London. Easyjet fly year round due to Paphos being an ideal destination to escape the UK Winter. Between the months of 01/12 to 01/04 it is a pleasant 20 degrees with sunshine between the hours of 9am and 4pm most days.
The villa is a 20 minute drive away from Paphos Airport, we can arrange cheap car hire for the duration of your stay or if you prefer, we can just book a return taxi transfer.
You can also fly to Larnaca Airport, however the transfer time would be approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes with this option.

The villa its self was fab,the children loved the pool. We all had a good holiday ,but next time I would have maid service and go when the temperature is alot cooler, august was far to hot for the children and us .I would recommend having a car as the local shops and resturants are not cheap. There is lots of great archaeological sites to see and some nice beaches.Tanya was really helpful in any questions I had . |

The villa was more than we could have hoped for. It was extremely clean and had everything in it that we needed and more. We had the best of both worlds, the peace and quiet of the villas location overlooking the sea and the wonderful sunset and within 5 minutes drive of restaurants and bars. All our Rental Rates include "Check In / Check Out Clean" plus fresh Linen and Towels for each guest. MAID SERVICE IS NOT INCLUDED THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY. If you do not wish to utilise the Villa's cleaning and laundry facilities, you can pre-book maid services for an additional charge. Please contact us to arrange your car hire or airport transfers. Please note all our rates also include air conditioning, there is no "surprise" surcharge when you arrive. All our bookings are subject to a £200 (€250) security bond, this is returnable following a successful check out inspection. All rentals can be paid in sterling or euros and by cheque or bank transfer. Please note, when weeks cover a Public Holiday period, prices maybe increased.
