Chloraka village is an extension of the tourist area of Paphos. Very near to the harbour, five minutes drive and ten minutes drive from famous Coral Bay beach. Further details indoors: Villa Alice is available throughout the year for vacation holiday rentals. It is an attractive newly built villa with all comforts, virtually 30 meters from the sea. Just completed in 2002 meets the highest standards, fully furnished and air-conditioned. The upper floor accommodates the en-suite bedroom, and two twin bedrooms sharing their own bathroom. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool and enjoying lovely views to the sea. The lower floor has two twin bedrooms, a shower with WC and a small kitchenette. Washing machine, iron and iron board are provided. Video/DVD is optional.
Further details outdoors: The pool area is surrounded by mature gardens, overlooking the sea. An outdoor shower is provided, BBQ, seven sunbeds and a big table with 8-10 chairs are the garden's furniture. Bars, tavernas/restaurants, supermarkets and kiosks are nearby the property. Although the property is nearby the old town and the harbour, it is at the same time, situated at a very secluded area.
