This is a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment, furnished to a high standard and including a six-place rotating dining table. It offers home-from-home comforts with a DVD player, satellite TV, airy and light bedrooms with floor to ceiling wardrobes and fully equipped kitchen. Each room has individual balconies with the lounge and bedrooms offering views of the sea and pool. An excellent viewpoint to enjoy a cocktail whilst watching the sun set. A welcome food pack will be waiting for you upon arrival. Baby cots, high chairs, baby equipments can be hired.

The Paphos District

Paphos and the surrounding area has something for everyone. With beautiful sunshine for most of the year it is a popular all-year-round destination. Paphos has many historical points of interest including the district museum, the Tombs of the Kings, the Pillar of St. Paul, the mosaics of Paphos and many other famous archaeological sites. A short drive away is the legendary site where Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love, is said to have been born from the waves. Paphos Bird and Animal Park has possibly one of the best parrot shows in the world and one of the largest collections of birds in Europe.

Chlorakas area

Steeped in history, Paphos, situated on the south west coast of the island was in ancient times the capital of Cyprus. The resorts focal point is the charming fishing harbour by Paphos Fort, lined with open air tavernas that serve a tempting menu of the days catch. Although there are many sandy and pebbly beaches within Paphos the best sandy beach in the area is Coral Bay, only a short bus ride away.

Fly to Paphos Airport - the apartment is about 30 minutes drive from here
Fly to Larnaca Airport - the apartment is about 90 minute drive on the motorway

There's a large free-form swimming pool and a smaller children's pool, with w.c.'s, changing rooms and showers. A small outdoor bar can cater to your needs whilst you relax by the pool. The grounds are tended by permanent staff, including security and handy men and an administration office is also on-site.

Wireless Broadband has been installed in the administration office, which means that you can keep in touch with family and friends whilst you are in Cyprus, you can sit in the administration office and access your emails on your laptop.

The keys, contact details, telephone number and inventory list will be given on arrival by the company. One set of key is given by Universal Vacations personally upon arrival at the apartment. Rentals are on the basis of self catering, with no daily maid service. The cleaning is provided upon vacating the property. A no smoking policy exists, and those who do smoke run the risk of paying the cleaning bills to remove the smoke and any damage caused by cigarette burns. Cancellation of your booking can be made up to 30 days prior to the date of occupation and refund of 50 % of the deposit returned. If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date the deposit is refundable, less a 85 Euros administration charge. electricity included. However, excessive use of the air conditioning/heating will result in an additional charge.
