About the home

The apartment is contained in an elegant block situated on the award winning St. Nicolas resort. The complex boasts 4 freeform swimming pools with waterfalls, bar and restaurant, internet access and many more features.

The apartment itself is very spacious with one bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living area enabling 4 people to sleep making it ideal for couples and small families. Other features include a fully fitted kitchen and a spacious balcony letting you enjoy a meal and a glass of wine as you watch the sun go down.

The Paphos region

Paphos town is split into two distinct parts.
Inland is the old town set in an elevated position overlooking beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding areas. The municipal market is located here and houses everything from fruit and veg to clothes and souvenirs to exquisite jewellery. Step outside the market and take a break at one of the many excellent bars, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Kato Paphos is the section of the town near the harbour. The walk along the sea front here is beautiful and takes you past many tavernas offering fresh fish and local delicacies. Continue through the harbour area and you will arrive at Paphos castle which is a stunning backdrop to the occasional music concerts featuring cypriot talent.

Set back from the harbour is a huge archaeological dig featuring buildings dating back to Greek mythological times, such as the House of Dionysus where beautiful mosaics can be found.

If you like the night-life then Bar Street is a must. This part of Kato Paphos is home to bars, tavernas, pubs and clubs. Whether you're looking for a quiet romantic meal or to dance the night away, you'll find it all here.

The Chlorakas / St Nicholas Resort area

The St. Nicolas resort has everything you need for a relaxing stay, swimming pools, restaurant and bar, mini-market but 10 minutes away is the village of Chlorakas. Winding your way through this traditional village are local bars and tavernas offering home-made cypriot delicacies.

Chlorakas even has it's own football stadium so you can watch the local team play. Once through the village you will find yourself going down the hill to the main coast road from where you can go into Paphos town one way or up to the sandy beaches of Coral Bay the other.

Fly direct to Paphos from all main UK airports with Thomson, Easyjet, Jet2, Monarch or Cyprus Airways. The flight is around 4 - 4:30 hours and once there a taxi transfer can be arranged direct to St. Nicolas.
If you prefer, cars can be hired at the airport through Avis, Eurocar, Sixt online and directions can be sent with the holiday confirmation.

“Superb Apartment!” Fanatastic modern apartment set on a complex with equally fantastic amenities! Ideally located to explore the local surrounding areas. Couldn't fault the owner & management company, very helpful! Will most definitely use again!
