The lounge/diner is furnished for relaxation and has a sofa bed which comfortably sleeps two. With a dining table and four chairs, it is decorated to a high standard. A TV, DVD player, satellite and separate CD, tape player and radio complete the facilities. The patio doors which have full blackout blinds lead to the balcony which has views of the main swimming pool, the sea and is equipped with a table and four chairs.
The bedroom has a 5' double bed, ample fitted wardrobes with safe and hairdryer, dressing table with mirror and stool, full length mirror, bedside tables with lamps and patios doors, with full blackout blinds, leading onto the balcony. The bathroom is fully tiled with a spacious vanity unit, storage cupboards and is equipped with a bath/shower, sink and WC. Kitchen facilities include washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, clothes dryer and a wide range of utensils, crockery and cutlery.
A Welcome Pack awaits (for stays of 2 weeks or more) and linen, towels and beach towels are provided, the fee including utilities and the final clean and laundry. Once the apartment has been prepared for your arrival, the keys are placed in a Key Safe in the cark park area accessed by a PIN code allowing immediate access regardless of arrival time. An infant travel cot and linen can be provided for a small charge of £15.
Discounts apply for bookings of 2 or more weeks; please contact us for a quote and to provisonally reserve your holiday dates. A non-refundable deposit will secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total, payment of which is due six weeks before the commencement date of your holiday. A refundable Key Deposit of £50 is payable with the final payment. This will be refunded to you after your holiday provided the key is returned and there is no damage.
