Home description

1st floor, 2-bed apartment (sleeps 6) situated in a quality development. Furnished & equipped to a high standard, this home-from-home is a 5 minute drive to local shops, bars & restaurants. Patio doors from the lounge lead to the main balcony, which has table & chairs for that essential sundowner and al fresco eating. The apartment has air conditioning/heating throughout. Thalassa View Gardens has 3 swimming pools. The main pool has a gentle slope for access one end with steps down into it at the other making it safe for young and old alike. This leisure pool is shaped and around five foot deep max. There are showers and well-appointed changing rooms & WCs. A lift & stairs provide access & allocated parking is in the shade under the apartment block. The next door apartment, a 1-bed, sleeps 4, can be combined with this apartment to provide accommodation for a party of 10 people. The lounge is furnished for relaxation with comfortable seating and is decorated to a high standard with coffee tables, uplighter and blackout blinds. A TV, DVD player, satellite and a separate CD, tape player and radio complete the facilities. The dining area has a table and six chairs with a separate sofa bed which comfortably sleeps two without disrupting the lounge or dinig furniture.The patio doors lead to the main balcony which has views of the sea and is equipped with a table and chairs. The balcony overlooks the main swimming pool and is ideal for the outdoor lifestyle.

The Master bedroom has a double bed, ample fitted wardrobes with a safe and hairdryer, dressing table with stool and mirror, bedside tables with lamps, blackout blinds, access to the second balcony and an en suite shower room which has a sink, WC and a window. The second bedroom has twin beds, ample wardrobe space, dressing table with mirror and stool , blackout blinds and patio doors to the second balcony. The family bathroom has a bath, shower, WC, sink and window. The kitchen is separate and can be accessed independently from both bedrooms and the lounge. Fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, clothes dryer and a wide range of utensils, crockery and cutlery, the kitchen also has its own small balcony ideal for drying clothes. A Welcome Pack awaits and linen, towels and beach towels are provided. An infants travel cot with linen can be provided for a small charge of £15.


Conditions

Discounts apply for bookings of 2 weeks or more and long term lets are welcomed; please contact us for a quote and provisionally reserve your holiday dates. A non-refundable deposit will secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total, payment of which is due six weeks before the commencement date of your holiday. A refundable Key Deposit of £50 is payable with the final payment. This will be refunded to you after your holiday provided the key is returned and there is no damage.
