*COASTAL WALKWAY access 500 metres which stretches for approx 6 kms south / east. There are many small 'inlets' along the Walkway some with sand but mostly rocky shingle.
Lidl Supermarket 5 mins walk. Chlorakas Village has plenty of shops easy distance
KIOSK : 2 within few mins walk.
RESTAURANTS : Cafes, Bars, Eating premises, Many variety of Take Away', all within 1 kms of the Property.
TRANSPORT : No need to hire a car for local places, walk or bus to many places. However for Troodos Mountains 2hrs, Nicosia 2hrs or Famagusta 3hrs , Latchi 50mins car or bus service.

For Internet WIFI Service : Free at all Local Cafe's. Nearest one 5 mins walk away OR Purchase in Cyrpus a 'dongal' to use with your personal specific lap top or IT equipment within the property.

NEW LOW DAILY RATES : Rather than charge high daily rates which included A/C payments we now charge JUST 36 euro per night for the whole Accommodation for Guests 1-5 included.
In addition each Guest only pays what electricity is used. This is metered, which is the fairest way to deal with payments. Each Guest pays for what they use in electricity. Payment made at the property in cash euro.
SOLAR PANELS : Hot water For showers, and washing up comes via Solar Panels and therefore is no extra cost
WATER COOLER : For cold drinking water at just 5 euros for 20litres you can order this on booking. Tap water is NOT suitable for drinking unless boiled and cooled.
INSIDE the Property :
Downstairs the LOUNGE DINER offers plenty of space, is furnished throughout with new Rustic Mexican Pine furniture to match, with table and chairs, STORAGE units with wine glasses etc. Also a MEDIA Unit for TV (BBC1 + 2, ITV, Fox Movies). DVD, CD, Video Radio +Tape player. The two very comfortable leather settee's 3+2 , offer LUXURY COMFORT not usually found in a holiday rental. Two Ceiling FANS, and two sets of DOUBLE Patio DOORS.
The KITCHEN has been fitted with plenty of MODERN storage cupboards and whilst adjacent to the dining area is actually SEPARATE from it. Facilities include a fridge freezer, electric cooker and hob, grill, microwave oven, washing machine, extractor fan and hood. Good selection of cutlery, crockery, general kitchen ware, pot pans and utensils. Variety of strong plastic storage food boxes.
The TOILET FACILITIES: found on the upper level, and recently converted user friendly WALK in SHOWER room, with the toilet and wash basin incorporated. Grab hand rails to walls. Hot water is provided via Solar Panel immersion heating. So no extras payments for hot water. Storage for toiletries.
PRICE INCLUDES : The first 4 people ( includes children) the 5th person or child, will need a COT / STURDY CAMP BED
at a cost of 20 euros per week, paybale at the property.
BEDROOMS : SLEEP 4 IN BEDs. COT available at 10euros per week. A sturdy Camp Bed is also available for a 5th person or young child over the age of two Both rooms being on the upper level each has BRAND NEW beds and mattresses this season. One with a double bed, dressing table , bedside units and built in wardrobe, mirror and storage and space for COT.
The other sleeps 2 , having 2 Single Beds plus a sturdy casual bed if required, bedside units, built in wardrobe, mirror and storage. Both rooms have lovely SEA and VILLAGE views. AIR- Con and Ceiling FANS , FLY SCREENS in both rooms.

ARRIVALS : Any time day or night:
At any time of day or night the property owners will welcome guests. Keys to the property will be handed over in exchange for the deposit. ( see Terms and Conditions).
However there is a small charge for arrivals after 10pm and night and before 7am.
COMPLIMENTARY Refreshments Tray of Tea, Coffee, milk, bottled water, biscuits will be in the kitchen.
EMERGENCIES : On arrival guests will be given an information sheet with Owners contact details, Emergency Services Numbers and details of organisations one might need whilst on holiday.
MEDICAL CARDS : Guest are encouraged to have a valid,in date, European Medical Card for each member of the group. If you have to visit a Dr. or the Hospital, having the card allows Medical Staff to easily confirm the individuals right to treatment under the EU reciprocal agreement.

LOWER PATIO : can be accessed via either set of double doors that lead out from the Lounge and Dining area respectively, or via the steps that run down beside the property. There is a small BBQ, table chairs and umbrella and storage cupboard for clients use. From the lower patio steps lead to a path which continues down to the Village Square. From the Square one can access the under ground parking , the swimming pools or a choice of garden pathways which are delightfully planted full of colour and green vegetation, and give the wanderer a lovely sense of relaxation.
UPPER GARDEN : This unusual triangular shaped garden, which is secured with railings and a gate, boasts stunning views over Paphos town in one direction and splendid Sea views in another. Covering approximately 30 metres squared, the area is partly laid to stoned decorative design and interspersed with many local plants and a variety of ornaments. The remainder is a large Patio area with crazy paving, wrought iron table and chairs and space for sun loungers. The outstanding Paphos Hills can be viewed from the upper level through Village archways. At the upper level several walkways converge giving the visitor plenty of choice for a stroll round the Village.
BREAKAGES : and Damage Deposit:
Unfortunately due to the behaviour of a few we now have to ask for a totally REFUNDABLE deposit. £50 sterling or 50 euros in cash on arrival. In exchange we give you the maisonette keys. Providing no damage has occurred we will hand back the cash deposit when you leave.
DEPOSITS : ON booking a 30% deposit is required. Outstanding amount must be paid 6 weeks PRIOR to Arrival Date.
CANCELLATIONS : In ALL cases the DEPOSIT will be retained by us. If The FULL amount has been paid then 50% refund will be given PROVIDING cancellation date is at least 4weeks before Arrival Date. Any Cancellation at LESS than 4 weeks before Arrival Date there will be NO refund.
The Paphos region
OUT and ABOUT :
There is a wealth of extremely interesting things to do and see in Paphos.Famous for HISTORICAL Sites, the 'Tombs of the Kings' World wide Heriatge Site is about 10mins walk from the property. Water parks, Golf courses, Dive centres, a Fort, localSHOPS and RESTAURANTS with every cuisine imaginable, not only Traditional Greek Mezze but also includes Indian, Chinese, Italian,French, Thai, Russian and a place to suit every pocket and taste. CAFE's Good old Fish and Chips and English cooked Breakfasts. Many within walking distance of the property.
WALKING : As well as the numerous Fishnig BAYS that have harbour walls and paths , Paphos Council has just completed a 6kms COASTAL WALK, that stretches between the HARBOUR and CORAL BAY. This addition to the area is a fabulous way to view the Coastline. With seating and intermittent Cafes this really wide stoned path is the answer to every level of walking needs from the STROLLER to the AVID walker, children and less able walkers it offers a wonderful way to enjoy the sea, sun and relaxation.
FISHING : Sea Shore, Deep Sea, Dam and River. GLASS Bottom boat.
The TROODOS Mountains foothills are about an hour’s drive away and the MOUNT OLYMPUS is a further hour with SKI-ING : there are 3 slopes but snow only falls during winter months.
EASY distance from the apartment there are many BEACHES beaches to choose from including CORAL BAY, which is the area's best sandy beach. Lara Bay where the TURTLES lay their eggs. The MUNICIPAL blue Flag beach. These can be reached by car or bus. The Fare of 1.50euros will take you to any of these.
ANIMAL PARK : Paphos has a world famous animal park.
LIMMASOL is about a 45 minute drive away and the pretty northern coastal towns of POLIS and the breath
taking LATCHI Marina, with water sports centre, fishing, restaurants, tourist shops are about an hour away.
NICOSIA : is packed with excellent shopping facilities and in it’s centre , still has the ‘Green Line Border’ visible to tourists.
The area of the AKAMAS out on the west peninsula is outstanding natural beauty. A must if you enjoy wildlife reserves natural habitat country. The East side of Cyrpus has stunning scenery as well.

CHLORAKAS : is a typical Cypriot village. Walking through the old streets one can see many older ladies in their traditional dress and the older men sat out side the coffee houses, discussing debating or playing back gammon or cards. The village bungalows and houses tell an ancient story. The mix of perfumes that exude from the plants and trees and the sight of oranges, lemons, limes, and other fruits delights the senses. The splendid Greek Orthodox Church is open to visitors.
INTERMINGLED but not intruding on the nature of it, one can find modern kiosk shops, hairdressers, banks and the like. Every thing one needs for daily living. There is a good sized, well stocked super market with a small coffee area. Around fifteen minutes walking distance of the Maisonette there is a unique ‘UK’ food shop that sells many ‘named’ brands of food, and opposite a Cypriot shop offering everything Greek.
CHLORAKAS has several BARS and COFFEE shops as well as a couple of Internet Cafe’s and a CREPERIE Traditional FISH Bar , takeaway’s and very impressiveTAVERNA called the ‘Famagusta’.
ENTERTAINMENT : Being holiday destination PAPHOS and the surrounding villages offer an absolute unending choice of places to go for ENTERTAINMENT. Bars often have in-house Music from Kariokee, to Live Bands of all kinds, Individual Live Artists some musicians only or singers or a mix and TV for Football Fans.
However, other Restaurants have Greek Themed evenings and Theatre and Opera, for lovers of more classical taste are available.
SIGHTSEEING : Paphos has many organised Tour Groups that extend throughout the area. If you hire a car options are endless from seeing the indigenous Moufflon in the Troodos Mountians, to the Baths of Aphrodites, the Famous Greek Goddess of love. The births place of Archbishop Makarios the 3rd, to Monasteries, Churches and Cathedrals.
RELAXATION : No need to go further afield than 'La Maision du Soliel' , swimming and walking, sun bathing on site.
