The villa is set just on the edge of the village, and is quiet and peaceful, yet you are never far away from a local bar/taverna, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa benefits from a secure garden with its own private pool, with a shallow end with roman steps, perfect for the children. all the bedrooms have balconies, except the twin room, ideal for small children, with stunning mountain views, the kitchen and lounge, as well as the pool area are both furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one kingsize with en-suite, two double and one twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped, even the fridge/freezer has it own ice-making machine, a round wooden table for all those get togethers, the lounge has two large luxurious leather sofa which both have recliners to help in the aid of relaxation, together with two leather recliners chairs, together with a TV, DVD, music ipod system and a playstation for your entertainment, there is also a formal dining area at the rear of the lounge, off the side is a cloakroom with wc. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king size bed together with an en-suite, the balcony and table and chairs, two double bedrooms both with balconies and table and chairs, one twin bedroom without a balcony, much better for the little ones, there is a main bathroom with bath, wc and shower. All linen, towels are provided for your sole use. Air conditioning is in every room including the kitchen. Cots and highchairs can be hired locally for an additional fee.

The property was built in June 2009. The garden area is gravelled and is very neat and tidy, the private pool is 8x4 with lights within the pool and surrounding secure gardens, great for night time relaxation. The pool also has roman step at the shallow end, ideal for little ones to get in and out of the pool There is outdoor furniture of two dining table, eight chairs and sun canopy, together with loungers and sunbeds, there is also a outdoor shower. The front of the villa has gates, and there is room for two cars, possibly three

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on balance of monies,(subject to satisfactory property inspection).
A 15% deposit is required to secure booking and is non-refundable, the balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival, together with the security/breakages deposit. In the event of a late booking, the total cost of the holiday needs to be paid immediately.
The Paphos region
Nearest beach is St Georges, but Coral Bay is only five minutes drive away, If you are interested Golf, Secret Valley and Tsada are about 20 minutes drive from the villa.
The Tombs of the Kings are also a five minute drive away and worth the visit, there is much history to the island, and the Harbour is an ideal place to start for boat trips or just sitting in one of the tavernas watching the world go by, again roughly 10 minute drive from the villa.
The Chlorakas area
Chloraka is steeped in history, about 150m east of the village, following a narrow track there is a vaulted chapel dedicated to St.George with paintings belonging to the 16th Century.
Tombs of the Kings is roughly 2km north-west of Paphos Harbour, many of the tombs date back to the 4th Century, all well worth a look.
The Troodos mountains offer sking in January, February and sometimes in March. You can drive to the resort from Paphos and will take you about a hour and a quarter. Cyprus is one of the places where you can ski in the morning and sunbathe by the pool in the afternoon!
