Ground floor - Dining room very comfortable for eight people with galleried staircase. Lounge with woodburning stove. Fully fitted dining/kitchen, utility room. Downstairs washbasin & WC. Large private garden, patio area, ample parking.
This proprty can sleep up to 8 people once using the sofa bed this is ideal for families.
First floor - 3 bedrooms- 6’ super king size bed or 3’ twin beds with en-suite bathroom with shower, basin & WC. Second bedroom double bed, third bedroom twin beds. (extra double sofa bed). Separate bathroom with bath, shower, basin & WC.

Chipping area
Located 1 mile away from the award winning Chipping village in the Forest of bowland, it is set in stunning surroundings with panoramic views of the open countryside in the Ribble valley.
The cottage is an ideal base from which to enjoy swimming, tennis, golf, cycling, fishing, horse riding, all of which are available nearby. Excellent walking is available locally. Three village pubs & the Cobbled Corner Café all in Chipping serve delicious home made food in relaxing atmospheres. Excellent restaurants nearby.
How to get there
Directions From The South - Leave the M6 at junction 31A and follow the signs for Longridge, then Chipping. At the 'T' junction in Chipping, Sun Inn pub on your left, turn right through Chipping Village and continue for approx. three quarters of a mile, on your right you will see an old cheese press on the grass verge turn right there onto the the private road to Pale Farm Cottages, take your third turning on the left onto a black tarmac drive. Time approx. 25 minutes
Directions From The North - Leave the M6 at junction 32 and take the A6 towards Garstang for approx. 1 mile, turning right at the t/lights at Broughton onto the B5269 towards Longridge for approx. 5 miles. At Longridge, turn left at the roundabout taking the road to Chipping out of Longridge. From Chipping follow directions above.
Directions From Clitheroe - Follow the signs for Longridge for approx 2 miles, turning right just after the Edisford Bridge Hotel. Take the first left, then straight through the crossroads, travelling for several miles, bearing right just past the Craven Heifer public house. Continue for approx. another 2 miles, past the Gibbon Bridge Hotel and take the next turning on the left down the private road to Pale Farm Cottages which are located approx 200yds. on the left. Time approx. 15 minutes.
