It is just a 10 minute drive to the centre of Chiclana, or just a 15 minute drive from the villa to the beautiful Blue flag beach of La Barossa.
Within walking distance there are 2 local Venta's serving local cuisine and a supermarket that serves freshly baked Bread, with the Pharmacy just opposite. Costa de la Luz is where the Spanish people go on Holiday, and therefore keeps that Spanish touch.

The 3 Bedrooms all have built in wardrobes, all with mosquito shades on the windows, with the master bedroom wardrobe separated to enter the en-suite. Shared Family Bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms, of which both have twin beds.
Lounge / Dining Room with settees and dining table for six, with Sky TV freeview for UK channels, coffee table and Electric glow only fire.
All 3 Bedrooms and Lounge/ Dining Room all have Stand up Fan and Electric Fan Heaters.
The Kitchen with window and door that overlooks the Pool, also has a mosquito net door, so you can still keep an eye on the Children, and at the same time let the air in for that coolness, is separated by a Terraced area where you can either use it for that all important shade or a further dining area... your choice!

The Property is enclosed mainly by wired fencing, although there is 1 section on entry by brick, The 8 x 4 mtrs pool with its Roman steps with the deepest end being 1.68 mtrs and underwater lighting is regularly cleaned and maintained, and the garden laid to lawn is irrigated automatically.
Patio area with Sunbeds and Parasol, with Barbecue just a few yards from the Kitchen. Parking area (shingled) for 4/5 cars with garden area much bigger, so you don't get that enclosed feeling.
Outside wall lighting around to enjoy that relaxed evening.
NOTE... Pool is not fenced, so clients must consider the suitability of this property for the very young or Non swimmers. Children should be supervised in the pool area at all times, especially the very young.

Casa Christina is ideally located, and is a gateway to many places of Interest. Built on 1000 Sq Mtrs in the town of Chiclana de la Fronterra, in the province of Cadiz, your never far away from any points of Interest.
The beautiful city of Cadiz itself is worth a visit, or even the Fantastic Seville, and with the old town of Conil just 20 mins drive you will surely know your in Spain.
The Chiclana / Pago Del Humo area
Casa Christina is just a few mtrs from open farmland, where you can walk in the Spanish countryside for miles. Visit La Barossa Beach, Nova Sancti Petri, San Fernando all just 15 mins drive from closing the driveway gate.
Visit the local festivals (certain times of the year) or the typical Spanish markets - every Friday in Conil or Tuesday in Chiclana.
Visit Tarifa for Windsurfing known throughout the world, as one of the best. Don't forget the City of Jerez the home of sherry.

Casa Christina is within easy reach of Jerez Airport 35 mins, where it is famous for its Sherry and Horses, Gibraltar with the apes is just 70 mins, the Beautiful city of Seville is 90 mins away, with Malaga Airport just 2.5 hrs drive, where many major airlines fly into.
A car is essential, you will find many car hire companies, such as Europcar who operate in all of the mentioned Airports.
However there are local Taxis and Buses to the Town and Beach.

Casa Christina is very nice villa and very cheap. Rooms was clean, pool was clean. Quite position. Only beach is little far. Great garden,barbeque. |
