.Charming villa close to lovely beaches and golf .Sleeps 6, secluded walled garden and private pool.
The villa is ideally placed for visits to Jerez the home of Sherry wine (30 minutes) Seville is (90 mins) and Gibraltar (90 mins) all of which are easily accessible if you want to soak up some Spanish culture. Further along the coast are Conil,Vejer Medina Sidonia and Tarifa all well worth a visit , the latter being well known for surfing and kite surfing a haven for watersport enthusiasts.
The villa has 3 bedrooms one with double bed and en suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with
2 single beds in each .Main bathroom with bath and shower, cot also available, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge ,cooker,washing machine and microwave,a bright airy lounge/dining area.

There is access to the back garden and private swimming pool through two gates at the side of the villa, this makes it safe for children. There is a patio area with table and chairs and sun loungers. There is a covered porch area to the front with table and chairs perfect for breakfast or a late evening drink. Also secure car parking on the front drive
The Costa de la Luz region
The authentic Spanish town of Chiclana is 5minutes away. It has lovely cafes and tapa bars,and is very lively in the evenings with families eating and strolling. It boasts a fantastic indoor market with plenty of fish,meat and vegetable stalls, which opens Tuesday to Saturdays from 08.00am until 14.00hrs. There is an open air market near the Bluebridge in Chiclana on Tuesdays and here you will find a selection of clothes shoes and linen. Chiclana is nothing like the Costa del Sol this whole area is traditional Spanish Spain. It is a safe area for children and a perfect place to get away from it all and relax.
The Chiclana / La Barrosa area
Cadiz a beautiful historic town the oldest in Europe is just 15 kms , it has many restaurants and beautiful shops . In San Fernando The Bahia Sur shopping centre is a 15 mins drive. Both are worthy of a visit. The long sandy beach of aLa Barossa is 7 minutes by car from the villa as is the more rugged beach of Sancti Petri. At Santi Petri you may rent jet skis, wind sufers etc.. in fact everyghting for the water enthusiast. The lovely golf courses of Nova Sancti Petri are very close . The local supermarket is 1.5 kms and there are lovely restaurants nearby also. On the promenade at La Barossa there are many bars and restaurants.

We had a fabulous holiday in Chalana. Not only did we make great use of the pool and garden, but we went to the local Barrosa beach which is miles long and very safe for the children. In the nearby Sancti Petri we rented kayaks and surfboards, and other days we daytripped to nearby Tarifa, Conil, Cadiz, Jerez and Gibraltar. The house was perfectly well equipped for all our family's needs and well located for day trips, or equally enjoyable to spend a lazy day by the pool. All four of us had a very memorable holiday. I stayed in Vill Chalana last year for 3 weeks. We are a family with 5 kids with ages between 12 and 3. They enjoyed the place very much. Specially the swimming pool. The house was confortable... more |
