About the home

This lovley 3 bedroom villa is a perfect holiday home with 8m X 4m swimming dominating the rear garden perfect for families. 3 large paved areas for al fresco dining - one undercover to rest from the midday sun.

Peaceful area but with all facilities only 5 mins away. La barrosa beach is a blue flag.In the summer there are 'Chiringuitos' erected on the beach selling drinks/snacks/ice creams. There is an attractive promanade with bars and restaurants. There is a commercial centre just 5mins away or a 20mins walk. Here you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, shops.

Water sports and horse riding closeby.

The Costa de la Luz (Coast of light) is the western part of the Andalucía coastline that faces out to the Atlantic. Costa de la Luz benefits from beautiful unspoilt coastline with miles of sandy beaches.

The city of Cadiz s the oldest city in Europe. Well worth a visit lovely old buidings and cathedral.

The Chiclana / Pago Melilla area

Very peaceful area where you can relax and unwind with all facilities just 5 mins away. Excellent shops, restaurants and bars to enjoy.

Parque National del Coto Donana- Wildlife protected area with escorted visits.
Bodegas (sherry houses)in Jerez - tours in english.
Whale and dolphin watching from Tarifa. Fantastic trip with many sightings
Locally - Tennis, golf, horseriding, watersports
Trips to Tangiers - organised are good - includes lunch.
