About the home

Located in a small village just 5 minuites from Chiclana. The villa is situated in a private walled garden with its own swimming pool.The house is comfortably furnished and equipped as our family holiday home. It is an exceptional base from which you can enjoy a peaceful family holiday and explore real spain. The house also boasts a wooden gazebo with decking a brick built barbecue and soft lighting so you can enjoy relaxed evening dining.
The location is also ideal for golfers and those wishing to seek a relaxing break in the sun.

Bedroom 2 has double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds(With mosquito nets) wardrobe, chest of drawers, and ceiling fan.
Main bathroom has bath with shower over, sink, toilet and bidet.
Spacious living room with fireplace, satelite tv, DVD.CDplayer, selection of Cds, DVDs and books and games.
Fully equipped kitchen has dishwaher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, grill and creamic hob.

The garden is completely walled private. With a few shrubs and potsThe pool is 8metres by 4metres with steps leading into the shallow end.

There is a decking area, covered by a wooden gazebo with lighting under and wooden bench table to seat 6. Brick built barbecue .Ideal for evening dining.

Terrace/Porch with table and chairs ideal for some shade from the hot sun.
Various sun loungers and sun beds.

The Costa de la Luz region

The Costa de la luz is a truly beautiful part of Spain which still remains one of the few unspoilt coastal regions of the south.With beautiful beaches and facinating old cities it has a range of sporting and sightseeing opportunities. Within the cobbled streets of the old towns you will find many interesting shops restaurants and bars.Sorry you won't find an english breakfast! just lots of tapas and seafood.

This area has something for everyone from fantastic shopping and sightseeing in Seville (1hr 15m) Cadiz(20mins) and Gibralta (1hr 15m) to the many 1st class golf courses to surfing, windsurfing, sailing, cycling,walking and horseriding or you may just want to relax on one of the stunning beaches. ENJOY

The Chiclana / Pago Del Humo area

Pago del Humo is a small village just 5 minutes drive from Chiclana town centre. The beaches on this stretch of the coastline are stunning, from long sandy beaches to small secluded coves. The nearest being the blue flag beach of Barrosa just 10-15 minutes drive away with its many restaurants and bars along the front.
