The Costa de la Luz / Cadiz Province region
The Costa de la Luz between Cadiz and Tarifa is at Spain's southern most tip and is an unspoilt stretch of coastline with beautiful, long, sandy beaches. The coastline is known for its wind and kite surfing as well as the many picturesque 'pueblos blancos' that are so typical of Andalucia. The climate is sunny all year round, warm in the winter and hot in the summer!

Notes on accommodation Air conditioning units all provide hot / cold air. Wall heaters are installed in bedrooms 2 and 4, portable radiators are available for winter lets. No pets. No smoking for long lets. No smoking inside.
Conditions
Booking notes A 20% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Outstanding balance plus security deposit required 8 weeks before arrival. Security deposit is not banked, it will be cancelled or returned provided the property is left in good order.
Changeover day Preferred changeover day is Saturday, this is flexible outside peak season. Arrival time after 4pm. Departure time before 11am.
