The kitchen is spacious, well laid out and has a breakfast bar and this then leads into the dining room. Air conditioning units are in all three bedrooms, living room and dining room. Outside boasts a beautiful private garden with well maintained lawns and flower beds, swimming pool and b-b-q.

The Costa de la Luz region
The Costa de la luz ( coast of light ) is a beautiful and natural region of Spain, less known by many European citizens but a firm favourite as a holiday destination for the Spanish themselves. This area really can provide something for everyone, fantastic beaches, watersports, exceptional golf courses, beautiful historic cities and charming hilltop villages.
The Chiclana / Las Veguetas area
Las Veguetas is a quiet residential area of Chiclana ideally situated for easy access to the beaches, la barrosa beach is approx 5 minutes drive from the villa, Chiclana town and all major routes. Chiclana itself is an unassuming working Spanish town whose charm lies in watching the locals go about their everyday life. Highlights include the indoor market (fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetables). The outdoor market, which is near the bullring, is held every Tuesday morning and is mainly clothes stalls. Also, enjoy a relaxing drink in Chiclana town centre in one of the many bars and cafes.
There are four golf courses within a 10-15 minute drive from the villa.
