About the home

The house is located in the heart of Chichester, within wlaking distance of the train station and all of the main attractions, shops and restaurants.

Ground Floor:-

Large entrance hallway with dining room to the right hand side and music room and downstairs TV room to the left.
Kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher and large fridge / freezer.
Downstairs w.c and utility room with washing machine and second fridge.
The back door leads directly to the garden (down a few steps).

First Floor:-

Second sitting room with large T.V and DVD Player overlooking the garden.
Study with desk and chair, pool table and wifi access.
Single Bedroom overlooking the front of the house.
Double Bedroom overlooking the front of the house with en-suite shower room.
Second Double Bedroom overlooking the garden.
House Bathroom with rolltop bath, wash hand basin and w.c.

Second Floor:-
Large bedroom overlooking the garden with 3 single beds.
2 Double bedrooms overlooking the front of the house, one with en-suite shower room.

Patio area with table and chairs and BBQ leading to grassed area. There is a pathway at the side of the garden which leads to the parking area at the rear of the garden, the parking area is shared with the flats to the side of the house. Residents will use the path to get to and from the building but the garden is for sole use of guests staying at East Pallant .There is parking for a maximum of 4 cars. Please note the entrance to the garden is not gated and therefore children will need supervision.

Conditions

We will pre-authorise your credit or debit card for £200.00 as a security deposit. This will be taken 2 weeks prior to your arrival and directions to the property will be forwarded at this point.
We will then release the authorisation on your card within 7 - 10 days of your departure providing the house has been left in good order.
Credit card payments attract a charge of 2% other methods do not incur a fee.
There is an additional £25.00 Booking Fee.

The South East England / Sussex region

Sussex is a popular destination, under 2 hours drive from London and close to Gatwick airport the area offers a variety of seaside towns including Bognor Regis and Brighton which is popular all year round. There are various events held at Goodwood every year which attracts many visitors to the area.

The Chichester area

Chichester was one of the three finalists for 'Great Town of the Year 2009' award by The Academy of Urbanism.
This picturesque town offers plenty for visitors to do and see, including galleries (Pallant House Gallery is literally accross the road), Chichester Cathedral. Goodwood is close by as is Petworth House. The town also offers an excellent selection of shops and restaurants,, including a Marks and Spencer foodstore within a few minutes walk. The harbour is a very popular yachting centre and set in its midst is the second largest marina in Britain offering superb facilities in a beautiful environment.
