"Lovely modern conversion with thoughtful touches. Would recommend."
I can't fault this place. A modern (new) conversion decorated to a very high spec with lots of nice touches. The Barn shares the estate with several other holiday-lets as well as the owner's property, but has been laid out in such a way that you have privacy despite being in a communal arrangement. The owners are very friendly and helpful and have given a lot of consideration into ensuring you have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. I thought the addition of fans in the bedrooms was a really nice touch during hot weather and the Wi-Fi and a smart internet-TV ensured the kids were happy!
One thing to point out is that there is a train-line running past the rear of the property, however these are infrequent (as far as I noticed) and do not disturb the tranquillity of the place.
You will really need a car if staying here as the location is fairly remote, however there's plenty to offer within a 20minute radius by car (West Wittering beach, Arundel, Chichester & marina, Tangmere museum to name a few).
