The Sail Loft is a beautifully presented, clean, spacious and well equipped self-catering holiday rental apartment with off-road parking, sleeping 2 to 4 people, in a peaceful coastal village location. With fabulous views over Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, this accommodation is only a short walk from Sidlesham Quay and the hospitality of the well known Crab & Lobster Inn/Restaurant.
High quality bed linen and towels are supplied (guests are asked to provide their own beach towels).
The living and dining room has comfortable seating for 5 and dining for 4 guests; television with Freeview and DVD player and music system with ipod dock. Free WiFi access is provided.
During low season and for late bookings The Sail Loft can be rented as a one bedroom apartment.
Bedroom One has a pocket sprung zip linked super kingsize bed, which can also be reconfigured as twin beds, with cotton bed linen, double built in wardrobes, dressing table with drawers, hairdryer and clothes iron. Views over owners garden to nature reserve and tidal salt marshes. Bedroom Two has a pocket sprung double bed, built in wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers
The bathroom suite contains a deep spa bath, wash hand basin with mirror and electric shaver point, separate tiled power shower area and WC and airing cupboard.
The kitchen is well equipped with a slimline dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. A complimentary welcome basket containing continental breakfast for your first morning will be provided on your arrival; this will include tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereals, croissants, jam, butter and orange juice.
A washing machine and separate tumble dryer are located near to the entrance to The Sail Loft at the foot of the stairs.

West Sussex is a beautiful coastal county in the heart of South East England which boasts some of the country's top tourist magnets; blending culture, history and breathtaking scenery.
The Sail Loft is located a short walk from Sidlesham Quay, Pagham Harbour.
Pagham Harbour, once a busy Roman port, is now a glorious and peaceful nature reserve, one of the few undeveloped stretches of the Sussex coast, and an internationally important wetland site for wildlife.
Geographically it is the smallest and most easterly of the harbours of the Solent. It's a big, sheltered bay that fills and empties with each tide, with wild ducks, geese and wading birds flighting to and fro. With a wealth of wildlife, beautiful landscapes, and a rich historical heritage, it is a great place to get away from it all.
The Sail Loft is just 5 miles South of Chichester, West Sussex's historic and vibrant walled cathedral city which dates from it's Roman origins in 43AD, and the perfect base from which to explore the city, the countryside and our beautiful coastline.
One of the most famous of Chichester's many local attractions is The Festival Theatre where many productions are premiered before they move on to London. Pallant House Gallery showcases some of the country's best collections of 20th Century British art. Festivities and entertainment ranges from open air concerts at the Real Ale and Jazz Festival, to the varied programme of the annual Chichester Festivities .
West Wittering, with its EC Blue Flag award winning white sandy beaches, is approximately 6 miles away.
Also close by are Glorious Goodwood with its 'Festival of Speed' and 'Revival', the South Downs National Park, Arundel Castle, Fishbourne Roman Palace and the historic ships of Portsmouth.
This area is particularly well served with good local pubs and restaurants; the closest of which, The Crab & Lobster, is just a short stroll from The Sail Loft. Provisions can be bought at local farm shops and in Selsey (a fishing village just 3 miles to the south), East Wittering and Chichester.
Enjoy the many picturesque walks and cycle routes right from our doorstep, throughout the surrounding countryside, and along coastal paths to the sea. For those interested in sailing temporary membership can be obtained at Chichester Yacht Club at Chichester Marina. Golf courses can be found at Chichester Golf Club, approximately two miles to the north; and at Goodwood, approximately 8.5 miles away.
Our tranquil location appeals to artists, walkers, photographers, sailors and bird watchers or those just wishing to get away from it all and relax.
