There is also a heater in the master bedroom. Secure decking / veranda with seating area, BBQ facilities, washing area also a small childrens play area. High chair and travel cot can be provided on request along with bed guard. Also supplied crockery for small children, games, DVD's and books.
Each booking will receive a welcome pack containing essentials like tea, coffee, milk etc.
Linen can be provided on request for a small cleaning charge. Pets are also welcome on prior arrangement.

The caravan has a veranda attached, which provides a seating area, BBQ area and child's play area. Soft lighting provides an ideal evening setting. Veranda has steps leading up and both caravan doors can be accessed via the veranda.

There are parking bays within approx 15 feet of the caravan
Once availability is confirmed , in order to secure your holiday for the period you have chosen and the dates you require are over 6 weeks away, a non refundable deposit (20% or £50) is required which is then deducted from the overall cost of your holiday.
If your holiday dates are free and it is within 21 days payment in full is required at the time of the booking.
All our bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. We can offer short breaks of 4 nights Monday to Friday and 3 nights Friday to Monday. Please see the Rates page for details.
A booking is not considered final until the non –returnable deposit has been received or in the case of breaks where the period is less than 21 days, at the time of booking in which case full payment has been received.
We allow pets in our caravan, and state this for allergy reasons. However each stay is limited to 1 dog per visit, unless arranged with M&M Holiday Home in advance. You are responsible for your pets and must adhere to the park rules. Any damage caused by pets to the caravan, or fixtures and fittings must be paid for by the pet owner.
Payment can be made by cheque payable to S Bassindale, or paypal . We do not recommend or accept cash payments made through the post. Alternative methods of payment such as Direct Bank Transfer can be accepted if the request is notified to us by e-mail t
Confirmation of receipt of the deposit and the booking of your chosen holiday period will be acknowledged where possible by e-mail a letter will then be sent providing you with all of your booking information together with a Bunn Leisure Booking Form and a receipt for your payment.
This will confirm all of the details and indicate the outstanding balance, which must be paid no later than 6 weeks before your holiday start date.
Once full payment and the Security Bond has been received we will send you a pink copy of the Arrivals Form which you will be required to take to Bunn Leisure White Horse Reception to obtain the keys to our caravan.
Security Bond / Damage Deposit
A Security Bond of £100.00 is also required which we request is paid on a separate cheque or paypal transaction along with the full balance payment for your holiday. This will be returned within 7 days after your holiday by registered post / recorded delivery, subject to no damage repairs being required, undue breakages requiring replacement, any loss or excessive cleaning being needed. Please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy state. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge being deducted from the security bond.
Short Notice Breaks
If your holiday booking is made at short notice [less than 21 days prior to the required arrival date] and we can accommodate that request, full payment for the holiday will be due immediately, along with the security bond of £100.00
Arrival / Check Out
Our caravan will be available to you from 3 PM on the day of arrival. You will be able to collect the keys and welcome pack from the White Horse Holiday Village Main Reception. Check out time on the day of departure must be prior to 10 am and the keys returned to the Bunn Leisure White Horse Reception to allow for inspection and cleaning before the next letting. Failure to depart on time will incur a charge of £25 which will be deducted from the security bond.
Should you need to cancel your booking with us please provide this in writing at your very earliest opportunity. Refund charges will apply as follows below:
Cancellation policy: Guests cancelling up to 8 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 50% of the balance payment.
Guests cancelling up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 25% of the balance payment.
Less than 2 weeks from start of the holiday, no refund will be made.
In case of a split payment, the booking deposit is always non-refundable
Other Points to note
M&M Holiday Home strongly advise that you take out your own holiday insurance to provide adequate cover for any cancellations and to cover your stay in our caravan.
If for any reason M&M Holiday Home need to cancel your booking a full refund will be made including any deposit and any alternative arrangements we can offer to you.
With respect to all users of our caravan you are required to use your own bed linen, pillow covers and towels at all times. You will also be required to bring your own toiletries and your personal effects.
There is strictly NO SMOKING in our holiday home. If we find that smoking has occurred within the caravan, you will be required to pay an additional charge of £50 to cover the costs for our caravan to undergo a deep clean.
Please treat our holiday home with respect and care. We request that you leave it in the same clean and tidy condition that you found it in, so that subsequent guests may enjoy it to the same standards you did (cleaning charge will de deducted from security bond where necessary) – Thank you.

The South East England region
West Sussex is a county in the south of England, bordering East Sussex (with Brighton and Hove), Hampshire and Surrey. The county of Sussex has been divided into East and West since the 12th century, and obtained separate county councils in 1888, but it remained a single ceremonial county until 1974 and the coming into force of the Local Government Act 1972. At the same time the Mid Sussex region (including Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and East Grinstead) was transferred from East Sussex.
West Sussex has a wide range of scenery, including Wealden, Downland and coastal. It has a number of stately homes including Goodwood, Petworth House and Uppark and also castles such as Arundel Castle and Bramber Castle. Over half the county is protected countryside, offering walking, cycling and other recreational opportunities for visitors and residents alike.
Chichester is the county town of West Sussex, and the highest point of the county is Black Down, at 280 metres
Selsey is a seaside town and civil parish, about eight miles (12 km) south of Chichester, in the Chichester District of West Sussex, England. Selsey lies at the southernmost point of the Manhood Peninsula, almost cut off from mainland Sussex by the sea. It is bounded to the west by Bracklesham Bay, to the north by Broad Rife (rife being the local word for stream or creek), to the east by Pagham Harbour and terminates in the south at Selsey Bill. There are significant rock formations beneath the sea off both of its coasts, named the Owers rocks and Mixon rocks. Coastal erosion has been an ever present problem for Selsey.
There are several places of interest within the vacinity of Selsey for families, couples and also some great dog walking areas.
The caravan includes an information pack with local attractions and events.
There is only one road (the B2145) in and out of the town which briefly becomes a bridge at a point known as "the ferry", crossing the water inlet at Pagham Harbour. At one time Selsey was inaccessible at flood tide, and a boat was stationed at the ferry to take horses and passengers to and from Sidlesham
