'Surima', 12 Parklands Road is an attractive chalet style bungalow in an excellent location close to the historic city centre of Chichester, West Sussex. The property is set in a quiet residential location and is about a 10 minute walk from the centre of the city. The property has two double bedrooms on the ground floor and a twin room on the first floor, allowing 6 people to sleep comfortably. There is a great, well equipped kitchen leading through to a dining area that overlooks the rear garden. There is also a bathroom with power shower on the ground floor.

This property makes an ideal base for visiting the many attractions in the area. These include the sandy beach at West Wittering, attractive villages such as Bosham, or the many countryside pursuits that can be enjoyed in the South Downs National Park. It is also very well located for Goodwood, host to the internationally renown motor racing events of The Goodwood Festival of Speed and The Goodwood Revival. Families with children are welcome and the property is available for both short term breaks (depending on time of year) and also longer stays.

The Chichester area

The property lies on the west side of the cathedral city of Chichester and is within a level walk of the shops and restaurants, as well as the cathedral itself. Chichester offers an array of events, such as the annual summer festival and it has a superb mix of shops in the centre, which has been carefully preserved to retain its character. The cathedral dominates the landscape and can be seen for miles around. There is easy access onto the A27 to get to Portsmouth, where several famous landmarks and places of interest are to be found, such as HMS Victory and the Spinnaker Tower. Along the coast to the east, the vibrant city of Brighton is about an hour's drive and offers an amazing range of unusual shops bars and cafes.

Where short breaks are permitted the following tariffs apply:

3 nights: 75% of the weekly rent.

4 nights: 80% of the weekly rent.

5 nights: 85% of the weekly rent.

6 nights: 90% of the weekly rent.

In order to make a reservation more than 60 days in advance, a reservation fee of 30% of the rental value will be required, the balance then being due 60 days before the holiday starts, along with the booking fee of £35.00 and the refundable security deposit of £150.00. Payment can be made by debit card or credit card, or bank transfer. There is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments.
