The annexe is only minutes from the city centre in one direction and minutes from St Pancras with its local restaurants in the other. It has recently been refurbished, has a spacious double bedroom with kingsize bed and hypo-allergenic mattress and pillows. The kitchen has a pleasant outlook onto the quiet road, it has fitted units and a freestanding gas cooker. The lounge/dining room has french doors which lead out to the garden where you are welcome to use the loungers to relax. Wifi is available and there is a Panasonic flat screen tv with freesat channels. All basic essentials for kitchen and bathroom are supplied.

The arts cinema 'New Park' is a short stroll, whereas Cineworld, bowling and the leisure centre are around a 20 minute walk. Both Chichester Festival Theatre and the railway station are approximately 15 minutes. The Cathedral, Pallant House art gallery and the Oxmarket arts centre are in the city centre and only a short walk away.

The south coast boasts some of the best weather in the UK. The countryside around provides a vast array of walks and challenging off road cycling. Chichester is an excellent location for anyone who wants a cultural or a walking/cycling holiday.

Within the vicinity of Chichester is Goodwood House, the Roman Palace at Fishbourne, Arundel with its antique shops, cathedral and castle, the beaches of Bracklesham, East & West Wittering, the Weald & Downland museum, West Dean gardens and the south downs including Kingley Vale for excellent walks with breathtaking views over the downs and sea.

Chichester Harbour is an area of outstanding natural beauty; boat trips are available from the picturesque village of Itchenor.

Pagham Harbour and Pagham Nature Reserve will be appreciated by ornothologists and even amateurs can spot the local wading birds, others can just enjoy the walks and views.


Chichester has a local market on Wednesday and Saturday morning, a Friday Farmers' market and a car boot market on Sunday morning.

Sports available in the area are golf, swimming, windsurfing, tennis, horse riding, cycling, walking, fishing

"Ideal Location"

"A great find..."

I have been very impressed with the cleanliness and service in this accommodation. Communication is excellent making the booking and stay hassle free. The owners are very flexible and take individual needs into account. A five minute walk from town with parking is not always easy to find but here it is. The king size bed and bedroom are beautiful with real attention to detail. Very cosy.

"Well-equipped; good location"

One-bedroomed annexe with direct access to a lovely garden. Quiet street but very handy for walking in to Chichester. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable, with good storage in the bedroom, which is not always the case in holiday rentals. The owners are welcoming and helpful.

"Small,but perfectly fprmed."

A very comfortable,well-equipped flat,which is ideal for couples of all ages,and being on one level (ground floor),makes access easy,though not for people with walking difficulties.Being at the top of a cul-de-sac,access to the off-road parking space,which is more than adequate,can be a bit tight,especially for larger vehicles. The flat is only two mins walk from newsagents and convenience shop,and five mins from Chichester town centre.Angie,the hostess,and her husband Ollie,make you most welcome,and are very helpful.Maybe a tad overpriced,but would certainly stay there again,as we make frequent visits to the area.
