There is a very cosy sitting room with open fire and a generous kitchen/breakfast room which leads to the conservatory. On the ground floor there is bathroom and on the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en - suite shower room.
The main bedroom has a double bed as well as a day bed, so a fifth person (child) can be accommodated if necessary. The kitchen has an attractive gas range which provides a focal point and it is well equipped. It is large enough to eat in and is an ideal family room.
There is a tidy garden to both front and rear and there is parking to both front and rear. The cottage is an ideal retreat in both summer and winter, an ideal base for people wanting either an active holiday or a quiet, peaceful one. The fabulous sandy beach in West Wittering is within walking distance and it is immensely popular for walketrs, surfers and sun bathers.

The South East England / Sussex region
Some of the best attractions in West Sussex are situated within a fifteen minute drive of this village. There is the sandy beach at West Wittering, just down the road, which is regarded as one of the best beaches in southern England. There is sailing at Chichester Harbour, golf (two courses), and horse racing and motor sport at Goodwood, which is only a few miles from the property.
The beautiful cathedral city of Chichester lies less than three miles to the west, and the South Downs lie just to the north.
The Chichester / West Wittering area
West Wittering is famous for its stunningly beautiful landscape and sandy beach, which attracts visitors from all over the U.K. and beyond. It is a favourite destination for windsurfers, but equally families love to "get away from it all" by visiting the lovely child friendly sand dunes. The beach has excellent facilities, including a cafe and ample parking and there is plenty of space for barbecues etc. The village itself has some useful shops and public houses, with more extensive facilities in the nearby village of East Wittering. The beautiful cathedral city of Chichester lies just to the north and is famous for its Roman connections, as well as the Festival Theatre, which attracts some of the world's top actors. It is dominated by the cathedral and its shopping centre has preserved its heritage and character. There is a huge amount to do in the area, from water sports to sight seeing, tourist attractions, to horse racing and motor sports at Goodwood. Alternatively, one can just "chill out" and relax in one of the U.K.'s best locations.

If the booking is made less than 60 days before the start date, the full balance will be required. There is a refundable security deposit of £150.00 required with the balance.Payment can be made by debit card or credit card, but please note that there is a surcharge of 3% for credit card payments.
For short breaks the following tariffs apply:
3 nights: 75% of the weekly rent
4 nights: 80% of the weekly rent.
5 nights: 85% of the weekly rent.
