About the home

Milldale is a detached home which provides super accommodation for a family or group of people wanting a break near the sea. The property, with two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, will accommodate 6 people very comfortably and there is a sofa bed for an extra guest if required. There is a luxury en-suite shower room off the main bedroom and there is also a very stylish family bathroom. The sitting/dining room is very light and airy with a serving hatch through to the good size kitchen/breakfast room with separate utility room. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is lovely oak flooring in some of the rooms and guests can enjoy a very pleasant garden. There is also off-road parking. The attractive Bracklesham Bay beach lies within a 5-10 minute walk and is very popular with windsurfers, sun bathers and swimmers. Great for family and group holidays all year round.

In addition to the main bedrooms there is a sofa bed which will accommodate a 7th person. The kitchen is easily big enough to sit and eat in although there is also a dining area in the sitting room. Bed linen and towels are provided by the owner. The interior of the bungalow is deceptively large - it will provide a very restful base for guests seeking a quiet retreat near the sea - perfect for either winter or summer breaks.

A 30% reservation fee is required to book the property and the balance is due 60 days before the start date, along with the booking fee of £35.00. There is a refundable security deposit of £150.00 to pay when the balance is paid. Payments can be made by either debit card or credit card, but please note that there is a surcharge of 3% on payments made by credit card.

The South East England / Sussex region

This area enjoys some of the best levels of sunshine in Southern England. It also boasts numerous historical places of interest, such as the Roman Palace at Fishhbourne, the Weald & Downland Open Air Museum. Goodwood House and Stansted Park are also fascinating places to visit, as is Arundel Castle. Spinnaker tower in Portsmouth has some of the best panoramic views in the south.

The Chichester / Bracklesham area

Bracklesham Bay is a coastal village popular with wind surfers, surfers, sun seekers, families and generally anyone seeking a restful or active holiday. It is also a very popular destination for divers, with some excellent spots just a few miles off the coast. The village has some useful local shops and restaurants and there are more extensive facilities in the nearby village of East Wittering. Just further along from East Wittering is the famous sandy beach of West Wittering, regarded as one of the best beaches in the south of England. The cathedral city of Chichester lies just a few miles to the north and it offers a good range of shops, the beautiful cathedral and the internationally renowned Festival Theatre. Goodwood is also within driving distance and has the famous race course as well as motor sports events. The larger towns of Portsmouth and Brighton can be accessed by road or by rail from Chichester.
