Located in a small, popular residential Close to the West of East Wittering village centre and just 300m from the beach. West Wittering is famous for its stunningly beautiful landscape and Blue Flag sandy beach, which attracts visitors from all over the UK and beyond. It is a favourite destination for wind surfers, but equally families love to "get away from it all" by visiting the lovely child-friendly sand dunes. The beach has excellent facilities, including a cafe and ample parking and there is plenty of space for barbecues etc. This modern family home is a 5- 10 minute walk from West Wittering village and the beach.

With accomodation split across two floors 9 Ella Close has one 5' king size double bed and a twin room on the first floor and a 5' king size double bed and a twin room on the ground floor, making this the perfect holiday home for families staying holidaying together.

There is plenty of parking with two driveways and a large garden to the back of the property

The bungalow is situated about 400m from the centre of East Wittering village which offers a wide choice of shops and amenities including a health centre, chemists, banks etc. The beach is approximately 300m away.

The Cathedral City of Chichester is 6 miles to the north and offers a wealth of cultural and entertainment activities such as the Festival Theatre, Pallant House art gallery, Cathedral, multiplex cinema and leisure centre. Within two miles of Chichester is Goodwood House the location for the world famous Festival of Speed, Goodwood motor racing circuit and 'Glorious Goodwood' horse racing. Chichester Harbour is designated an area of outstanding beauty.

Good location for sea-front, Chichester and surrounding area. Accommodation clean and comfortable with space and gardens. Quiet location for those who enjoy a peaceful location.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
