AVAILABLE FOR HOLIDAYS ONLY FROM MARCH-OCTOBER..

On a beautiful and peaceful site, with private access to the beach, this 2-bedroom chalet has all you need for a relaxing holiday, in what is classed as the sunniest part of England! Dogs are welcome in the property and on site, even freely on the beach all year round!

There is a good range of activities on the site, including a good-sized outdoor heated swimming pool (May-September), with a section for small children. None of the activities affect the peacefulness of the chalet and site. The chalet has a sun-deck along the entire front of it to enjoy alfresco dining, or just to relax and take in the tranquility. It is in one of the best positions on the site, with an area of grass directly in front of it, allowing games/activities, or simply an area to admire from the lounge or from the seating on the sun-deck.

Also on site: Children's playground, Crazy golf, Skittles, Shop, Tennis courts, Limited entertainment in pub lounge.

A small car park is within a few feet away.

From the patio doors, you enter into the open-plan lounge/diner where you find a comfortable 3-4 seater settee, 2 comfortable occasional chairs, dining table and chairs, TV with Freeview, DVD player, bookcase with books provided, a welsh dresser, a few games for young and old, radiator, and various lamps for different lighting moods. The kitchen is open-plan from the dining area and has plenty of cupboard space, cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, tea-pot, plus many other useful items. Tea-towels are not provided. There is a radiator in the kitchen too. Off the kitchen is the twin bedroom, both beds have a headboard, and there is a bedside table with drawers between the beds. There is a wardrobe, plus a further cupboard. From the kitchen leads to the master bedroom and the bathroom.

The master bedroom has a double bed with headboard, a dressing table with drawers, a double and a single wardrobe with further drawers, and cupboards above the bed. There is an electric blanket on the bed. There is also a radiator in this room. The bathroom is of a good size, and has a WC, sink, bath, and an independent electric shower over the bath, with a curtain. An over-the-bath airer is provided here. Also, there is a small anti-slip mat. Other items provided are: vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and children’s items like buckets and spades, and outdoor games, plus a small trike. The water is heated by a hot water tank which is operated by a meter which takes £1 coins. This also operates all the electrics. Average spend around a pound a day (MORE IN COLDER MONTHS).

Minimum stay 1 week. Changeover days are Saturday only, arrival time after 3pm, vacate time 10.30am.

Chichester: 6 miles: Cosmopolitan, colourful and cosy! Bosham: 8 miles: This village stands on a small peninsula between two tidal creeks at the eastern end of Chichester harbour. As well as providing an excellent sanctuary for migrating wildfowl it is a wonderful centre for sailing with literally hundreds of moorings for boats and yachts. Artists, walkers and weekenders love the place and year round it draws visitors like a magnet, particularly those with a sense of history. Pagham: 10 miles: Nature reserve. This lovely spot is as rich in period atmosphere as physical beauty

The Chichester / Bracklesham Bay area

Earnley Gardens is a short walk away which houses an interesting collection of tropical butterflies, exotic birds and small animals; a crazy golf course; and, crazier still, Rejectamenta, a nostalgia-fest museum. Well recommended.
West Wittering: 3 miles: Sandy beach with watersports. A very popular beach for families. NB There is a charge to take your car, but it is extremely popular, with lots of people setting up their BBQ's alongside their car!
