This interesting and extremely beautiful stone-built farmhouse is peacefully located in the heart of the Chianti Classico area half way between Florence and Siena. The house is entirely fenced in to offer maximum privacy. It is surrounded by woods and offers a totally peaceful position in direct contact with nature. It is provided with an inviting 5 X 12 (1,20 – 2,20 deep) meters swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests, a beautiful barbecue corner with outside dining table, and a private car park.
The villa, very pleasant and comfortable, is furnished with great love for details in typical Tuscan style and provided with all modern facilities such as satellite TV with DVD and stereo system with CD player, telephone, dishwasher and washing machine, etc. The house is reached by approx. 2 km of unpaved road in good condition that serves only the houses in the area. Maid and cooking service are available if booked in advance, and cooking lessons can also be arranged. The villages of San Donato in Poggio and Castellina in Chianti, both at approx. 5 km, offer all kinds of services including tennis courts, supermarkets, banks, etc.
