Home description
The house has its own private garden and shares a pool with seven small properties .All these are privately owned .There are concerts locally all summer and wine festivals in September and many events through the year in this region.
It is unsuitable for toddlers and anyone with walking disabilities as there are steps up to the house. The pool is not gated or fenced and there is no very shallow end for young children.

The Tuscany region
Set in the heart of Chianti surrounded by vineyards. There are many historical places to visit within 45 minutes drive, Florence, Siena, San Giminiagno.
Castellina and Radda are 20mins away by car and Greve which is the central town for all the Chianti region is ten minutes away.
Chianti / Greve area
Greve is a flourishing town with interesting shops and restaurants and a very good Saturday morning market. There are open air events here all year round.
Panzano village and Greve are a centre for many contemporary artists and scupltures and attracts exhibitions frequently.
The wine festivals in both areas are in September.
There is a Sunday morning market in Panzano and and the first Sunday of every month there is an all day craft market with local produce.

Further details indoors: Many of the features are from the original 12c farmhouse.There is an open log fire, exposed beams terracotta floor . It has a wonderful view of Panzano village on one side and the hills on the other side.
There is loggia with another dining table for undercover outdoor dining and another large table on the terrace under the trees.

There is an English speaking contact available if there is a problem. The swimming pool is only available from the middle of May until mid October.
Conditions
Minimum of one week starting on a Saturday. 30% deposit on booking. Payment in full 4 weeks before arrival.
