Home description

The apartment is on 2 levels, with private garden, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, living room with 2 sofas and fire-place, dining room for 6. Our family bought this old Tuscan farmhouse and restored it just last year by trying to keep most of the original materials like stones and red bricks for the outside walls, cotto and wood beams for the sealings.

The property is at half way between Siena and Florence, only 30 minutes drive on the local road.

Also in the garden there are olive trees, cypresses, fruit trees and laurel all around the gardens. So you can be sure that you will breathe only pure and clean air and you will have all the right furniture and facilities to enjoy your time in the private garden and by the shared pool. The property is surrounded by the vineyards of a famous wine producer where you can go and taste their best bottles.

We can suggest to you the same restaurants where we always go and enjoy the real Tuscan and Italian food at a good price. This kind of holiday home is good for both families and friends who just want to be independent and enjoy their vacation with no time schedules whilst being in close reach to any kind of amenity, venue, cities and stores. The place is good also for those who love sports like cycling, horseback riding, golf, tennis and many others.

The advantage of staying at our place is that we are at your disposition each day for any kind of information and direction you might need. Should you also wish to receive any extra service, like guided tours or catering or personal trainer etc. we will do our best to fullfill your requests.
