Situated in the famous Chianti Fiorentino region, Il Sole boasts stunning views on the surrounding hills. This cosy apartment is part of a recently restored bar. It was remoled with lots of love and attention to detail. Many of its ancient architectural features, as well as the beautiful terracotta floors and the beamed ceilings have been left untouched. It is tastefully furnished in old Tuscan country style.
The apartment is located on two stories totalling 85 square meters. At the ground floor, the large living/dining room, provides a double sofa bed, a couch, satellite TV, french doors open to the big garden making the room very luminous. A shower room/WC includes a washing machine. The kitchenette has another dining area and is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4 ring gas stove, fridge/freezer, etc. There is access to a small sunny patio area furnished with garden table and chairs. Upstairs there are a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom, (2 beds can be twin or double on request) and a shower room/WC.
The large shared garden furnished with an above-ground swimming pool (open from 01/06 to 30/09) as well as tables and chairs, lounge chairs and umbrellas, is the perfect place for resting.
In this small family style estate our guests can purchase high quality pecorino cheese and ricotta. In fact the owners of the property live in a restored farmhouse 50 metres from the barn, and produce cheese with the milk from their own sheep.

Swimming pool available in June, July, August and September. Included service: water, hot water, electricity and all linen. Extras: heating (on consumption) final cleaning (Euro 40,-) a baby bed is also available at Euro 20 per week.
Conditions
A deposit of 30% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the beginning of the letting period. Your booking becomes effective once we have received the duly signed booking form and a 30% deposit. In the case of bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, payment in full is due immediately. The amount payable will be specified in the booking form and should be settled through bank transfer. Safety deposit: Euro 150,00 cash upon arrival
