Villa PetrAlexa is a typical rustic country house. Here you can enjoy the typical architecture of Tuscan houses: natural stone, original beam ceilings and glass doors offer a pleasing mix in a comfortable, spacious environment spread over two floors with a wide attic. Entrance is from a comfortable grass-covered terrace into a spacious living room with Tv Sat and fireplace. The kitchen is an open area with a dining table for groups of up to 8 persons. On the ground floor you will find a large double bedroom including a sitting area which upon request will open into a sofa bed and an en suite bathroom – perfect for a couple with small children.
Up the stairs, on the loft area, there are 2 beds with a protect night curtain granting privacy for the night. The second bedroom has double or twin beds - upon request - with access to the terrace.
In the lawned enclosed wide garden with centuries old oak trees, the villa offers an above-ground swimming-pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. There are tables and chairs in various places for outdoor meals. Positioned 50 meters from the villa there is the tennis court in synthetic grass.

Positioned only a few km from the famous wine town of Radda in Chianti, with its silence and great out door environment, Villa PetrAlexa is the perfect place for families and friends looking to enjoy and relax in the characteristic hillside of Chianti.

The Tuscany region

Tuscany does not need any presentation! The cities with its history and art attractions, the medieval villages, the special food and wine, the welcoming people make it a region with a matchless offer.

Villa PetrAlexais situated in the heart of this region, in the Chianti hills, midway between Siena and Firenze reachable respectively in 30 and 45 minutes by car. Immersed in this famous hills for its wine brand “Gallo Nero”, between vineyards and olive-groves the villa enjoys a position which will permit you to isolate yourself from the rest of the world and take delight of the charm of these land, but with the comfort to have the nearest centre only a short drive away: Radda in Chianti, delicious small village, with its election of restaurants and shops, a pharmacy, a bank, a cinema, many bars, Internet Cafe, wine and food tasting opportunities.

Within a comfortable daytrip are Florence,Siena,San Gimignano, medieval villages like Monteriggioni,Montepulciano,Volterra,Greve in Chianti, the castles of Broglio, many museums and art attractions. Lucca, Pisa and the seaside are reachable in more or less 1 hour and a half.
