Ancient and charming farmhouse in the hills just outside of Florence, surrounded by vineyards and olive tree groves, recently renovated with great care and divided into 2 apartments, one of which is inhabited by the owner. At the guest's disposal and shared with the owner is a panoramic swimming pool (6x12) with equipped pergola. The outdoor areas are very well kept and offer a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Peaceful position. Very comfortable furnishings with period pieces. Independent entrance with automatic gate and covered parking. Central heating.

Chianti / Impruneta area

Chianti is world famous for its excellent wine and its beautiful landscapes characterised by gentle hills cloaked in vineyards and olives. You can visit its ancient hamlets, magnificent churches, turreted castles and rural villas, as well as the nearby towns of Florence and Siena.

How to get there

From Florence airport take highway A1 dirction Rome, exit Firenze Certosa, then follow direction Impruneta and after 1 Km turn left in SR 2. Cross Tavarnuzze and after 1 Km turn left and take SP 69. Then continue for 4.5 Km and before enter in Impruneta turn left in SP 70. After 3 Km turn on the right when you see the sign "Fattoria Campiano". At the first house on the right you arrived.

Conditions

Refundable breakages deposit of € 500 required on arrival, to be refunded on the departure.
Payment 25% to confirm the booking via bank transfer or PayPal.
Balance 75% to be payed 40 days before the arrival.
If you book whitin 40 days the arrival, the payment must be done at the moment of the resevation.
