The house forms part of the oldest wing of Le Bagnaie, a 300 year old farm on a secluded hilltop, which was converted into 8 privately owned houses in 1990. All are beautifully restored in traditional rustic style, with exposed beams, old terracotta floors and open fires, together with the modern convenience of superb marble bathrooms and central heating. Each house has its own paved terrace, garden and the shared facility of beautiful grounds, including a magnificent swimming pool, a children's pool and an all-weather tennis court. There are outstanding views of the surrounding countryside.

On the first floor is a cool lofty double bedroom with bathroom ensuite, a twin bedroom and a magnificent marbled bathroom with separate shower. Private stairs lead from the landing up to the second floor twin bedroom with panoramic views all round and a small ensuite shower room with W.C.
The house is traditionally furnished and is equipped to a high standard.
