"Like being at home in Chiang Mai"
As a family with two young boys this was perfect. The owners were extremely helpful, great hosts and the house was spotless. If you're planning on staying in Chiang Mai for more than a few days… More

"Brilliant Location - Lasting Memories of a wonderful week."
To make the best of this location you do need to have a sense of adventure and to research what you want to do before you go. Nick the owner of the property lives next door with his family. Nothing is to much trouble from the pick up at the airport to having our first wonderful Thai meal with Nick's family. Kim ordering everything for us to enjoy. We made full use of the Suzuki Jeep and motorbike. The 108 out of Chiang Mai is a real experience but you get used to the seeming chaos on Thai roads - No roundabouts only U turns and soon feel confident to drive into Chiang Mai itself. We used the motorbike to get into the rural areas, 5 minutes and we were surrounded by paddy fields, bananas and Thai Farmhouses. We arranged trips to Pratara Elephant's a life changing day and with Chiang Mai Biking and Kyaking. All picked up from the bungalow. I cannot recommend this bungalow and Nick and his family too highly I wished we were having another week there was so much to see and do. A lifetime of memories of wonderful people and experiences.

"Comfortable, well appointed home for 3 or 4 guests"
Home included 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioned lounge-dining room with flat screen TV, fully appointed kitchen, washing machine, BBQ and outdoor entertaining area. Our host, Nick, picked us up from and delivered us to the airport. He also picked our son up from the city. He provided us with free wi-fi and a starter supply of breakfast goodies. A rent-free jeep was part of the deal and enabled us to travel to Doi Inthanon and Tiger Kingdom as well as trips to the nearest swimming pool and city night markets. The house is a fair way out of the city and the vehicle provides easy access to all the main sights. The house was very spacious and suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Although there is no swimming pool, there is a pool 5 minutes away in a gated community. A swim costs 60 baht and there is a restaurant serving a wide range of very reasonable Thai dishes.

"Fabulous holiday rental"
We spent two weeks at the bungalow with our 14 year old and four year old. The bungalow was beautifully furnished and had everything you would need, however, we rarely ate in as the food outside was wonderfully cheap. On the compound there are a couple of restaurants which were great if you did not fancy going far. A massage shop had just opened so my daughter and I had a massage which was great, and a small shop. A short drive away there is a large Big C supermarket for you to stock up on essentials. We made use of the bikes that Nick and Kim had available and went for a ride in the countryside which was stunning. The car was a real bonus and enabled us to explore the area. Nick and Kim and their son Jimmy were great hosts and we enjoyed a meal with them at the Shangri La hotel. I would recommend this holiday rental and cant wait for a return visit.

"Welcoming and comfortable countryside home"
We had a very pleasant one week´s stay at this well equipped, clean and welcoming house in a calm, secure, leafy and peaceful neighbourhood. Thanks to the jeep which was part of the rental agreement we were able to explore the charming Chiang Mai town and, above all, the lovely countryside where we experienced everyday rural life and met some kind and interesting people.
Our hosts Nick and Kim cared for us in the most friendly and dedicated manner. Nick met us at the airport and took us for lunch on the day of arrival. Airport transfer was included in the deal. We even went out for dinner together to a lovely jungle restaurant near by, where we learned about popular Thai dishes from Kim. We are grateful for this extraordinary amount of hospitality and shall gladly come back if there is an opportunity.
