Situated in the rural hamlet of Hoole Bank, in Hoole Village just some 2 miles from the city of Chester and adjacent to the M53 Motorway the cottage is a complete re-build (2007) on the foundations of what was originally the milking parlour of a dairy farm. It is single storey and comprises an entrance porch, open plan lounge / kitchen, a good size double bedroom and a bathroom / toilet. The bedroom has a double bed and also a comfortable single Futon chair / bed for use by a child if necessary. The chair can also be changed for a cot for a baby if desired. Our delightful cottage has a Visit England quality rating of 4 star

Perfect for walking the Sandstone trail, cycling the many cycle routes and visiting the numerous 'magpie' black and white half timbered buildings. Being a predominently rich dairy farming area why not sample the local ice cream makers and other local produce.
Cheshire is renowned for it's above average number of spectacular gardens to visit, both large, and small. The RHS flower Show is held annually at Cheshire's Tatton Park, Knutsford.
North Wales is only a short drive away down the A55 taking you to historic castles and hill climbing for the more adventurous visitors.
