The former farm house offers three good sized reception rooms, along with study and garden room. The kitchen is a magnificent room with vaulted ceiling and exposed oak king post trusses, excellent range of fittings and the dining/living area under which there is a wine cellar. The first floor offers four good sized bedrooms the master bedroom have an en suite shower room and the family bathroom being a stunning feature with large jacuzzi bath and steam shower.
Accessed off the kitchen is a small enclosed courtyard with a hot tub and access to a gym equipped with a treadmill, rower and cross trainer.

The kitchen is fitted with an excellent range of modern units in a white gloss finish with brushed steel handles and granite work surfaces there is a large central island unit, two oven Aga and conventional double oven and hob with 1 ½ bowl stainless steel sink, integrated dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, oak block flooring with under floor heating with dual zone temperature control, double glazed windows. Bedroom 4 7'10 x 7' (2.39m x 2.13m) With double glazed window and central heating radiator. There is a single day bed in this room. the room is small, so there is just enough room for the bed!
Bathroom 10'4 x 8'8 (3.15m x 2.64m) Superbly fitted with a contemporary suite in white with chrome fittings comprising a large spa bath, steam shower with radio, wash basin, WC, tiled walls and tiled floor, double glazed window, chrome heated towel rail, down lighters to ceiling, large wall mounted mirror.
To property is set in good sized gardens and is approached through a pillared entrance with electrically operated and remote control gates leading to a brick set driveway providing parking and turning for several vehicles. There are lawned gardens to the front, side and rear which enjoy attractive views over open countryside towards the Dee Estuary and Welsh Hills. There is a walled decked area with a hot tub.
Garage 15'6 x 8' (4.72m x 2.44m) With double opening timber doors, side personal door, electric light and power.

The house is really suitable for a maximum occupancy of 10, however 12 can be accommodated at a push, see below:

1. There is a maximum occupancy of 12 in a combination of any of the above rooms.
2. Families preferred, and not groups of adults with the majority age under 21.
3. No pets are allowed.
4. No smoking within the house.
5. The house is available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival, and is to be vacated before 10am.
6. If the external hot tub requirers maintenance during your stay, it may not be up to full temperature for a period of 12 hours after the maintenance.
7. Towels are not provided, so you will need to bring your own towels.

"Great House and Location"
Stayed at home farm for 1 week the house is very spacious and has everything you need for your stay , we were a party of 4 adults and 1 teenager , there is nothing i can fault about the house the owners have given a lot of consideration to the property . The house is in a great location for touring the area we went to North Wales by car , we also used the train station a Cappenhurst a few miles away and traveled by train to Chester takes about 10 mins then a 10 min walk to the center of Chester also went by train to Manchester(you have to change a Chester) you can also go to Liverpool . I would recommend the Greyhound Inn at Saughall for a meal excellent food . This is a great house with great facilities - hot tub, snooker room, gym, large garden with tables and chairs - barbecue, kitchen with Aga

An exellent property that has everything you need. The kitchen a particular highlight along with the hot tub, jacuzzi and gym.

"Beautiful spacious house, ran by a lovely helpful family - we'll definitely be back"
We had an unusual booking for a surprise birthday treat, and the family were incredibly understanding & accommodating of my strange requests right from the initial enquiry.
The house is newly refurbished and in immaculate condition, with 2 hotubs (1 indoor and one outdoor) a pool table, bbq area and a fantastic kitchen space.
The house is situated well for Chester, Ellesmere Port and country walks.
There were 7 of us in our party, and all thoroughly enjoyed their weekend stay. We are already planning our next stay at the farmhouse, and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a country break with friends and family.
