Interior- Extensively refurbished in 2008, the Tower Gatehouse offers a charming loft-style living area within its ancient structure, retaining the beams, thick walls, and stone mullion windows. A deep leather sofa, wood burning stove and delightful sleeping space, all add to a uniquely romantic experience. You can even climb up to the top of the tower, to the viewing platform! - Heating is provided by night storage heaters and the wood burning stove. - The property boasts a modern 'wet room' with shower, a fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, fridge and small freezer. Downstairs there is a washing machine and tumble dryer if you need it. - TV with freeview, DVD player, CD player with iPod docking facility. - Please note, this ancient building's charm includes a steep spiral staircase. Access to the gallery bedroom is via a companionway ladder, and requires you to duck underneath a beam.
