The sitting room has a sofa with TV,DVD, radio and CD to entertain while you relax, and Wi-Fi broadband internet access if you have to work. The fully-equipped kitchen has a electric cooker, microwave and washer-drier, and the bedroom has as double bed with a sprung matress.
The Town Hall, Imperial Gardens and the Everyman Theatre are a few minutes' walk away, making the apartment an ideal location for visitors to Cheltenham's festivals of Literature, Music, Science and Jazz. Pitville Pump Room, another festival location, is a twenty minute walk away and Cheltenham Racecourse is served by a bus route from the centre of town - just a five minute walk.
Montpellier is a food-lover's paradise; the apartment is a short walk away from a wide range of restaurants, from country-wide chains to the Michelin starred "Champignon Sauvage". There's a renowned organic supermarket nearby, but the local Co-op is a just a hundred metres away for the milk and papers.

Montpellier Gardens, directly opposite the apartment, provides hard tennis courts as well as a place to sit and watch the world go by while listening to a silver band (playing in the bandstand on many summer weekends)

Cheltenham is the "Gateway to the Cotswolds", so it is the perfect base for exploring this area of outstanding natural beauty. It is also the main shopping destination for the area, with the major chains as well as a large number of specialist and antique shops.
Cheltenham is famous for its festivals, but symphony concerts with major orchestras as well as smaller musical events and other entertainments such as stand-up comedy are available all year round at the Town Hall and Pitville Pump Room.

The Cheltenham / Montpellier suburb area
Montpellier is at the heart of Regency Cheltenham, with its wide streets and beautiful terraces. A stroll though Montpellier Gardens and Imperial Gardens to the tree-lined Promenade (perhaps taking a coffee at a pavement café on the way), will take you back to a less frantic time when people knew how to relax!

Cheltenham located at the intersection of the M5 and A40, making it an easy two-and-a-half hour drive from London (via the M40).
Cheltenham is also easily accessible by train. First Great Western provides an east-west service, with links to Heathrow and Gatwick airports via London Paddington, while CrossCountry go north-south to Aberdeen, Manchester, Birmingham and Plymouth and Penzance. CrossCountry also provides a frequent service to Birmingham International Airport.
The town has good bus and taxi services, and car rental is available from Enterprise Car Rentals on 01242514411, among other companies.
Cheltenham is a bicycle-friendly town, with cycle lanes and many shared cycle/pedestrian routes.

This well equipped and tastefully decorated flat is ideally situated in an attractive spot just a few minutes walk from the town centre. It provided a perfect base during the Cheltenham Folk Festival, warm and cosy in early February. The residents parking permit was a bonus! Steps down to front door not suitable for anyone with restricted mobility.

We had a great week in this apartment in Cheltenham for our wedding anniversary. It's incredibly well-located - in the beautiful Montpellier district with shops, restaurants and a park on the doorstep, but far enough away not to get any noise from the bars! Very handy local shops for things like milk and papers, and we loved the organic supermarket nearby. It's only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Cheltenham so very easy to get everywhere. Parking was also easy, right outside. We had picked a horribly hot week to be away, but the apartment was wonderful and cool, just what we needed after a day out getting sunburnt.
It was presented to a high standard, was extremely clean and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and seating. We had everything we could possibly want for a week's holiday.
