"Extremely cosy cottage"

There is a lot to say about this sweet cottage, amazing whereabouts and extraordinary hostess.
First of all, the cottage is a very old house reformed to be a specially comfortable place. Great kitchen with all the apparatus, nice living room, and 4 bedrooms spread in 3 floors. Some quite narrow staircases there. Adds a lot to the charm, but needs attention.
Bathrooms and beds are amazing. Everyone slept like babies, including the one baby present.
The village of Northleach is a beautiful one, with very limited but really nice supplies stores. Nearby however we have a nice and big Tesco and a bit farther away even more options. We never lacked a thing. Any doubts or needs were readily dispelled by our wonderful hostess, Mrs. Emma.
Cotswolds is an amazing region, and we plan to come back. Only needful advice that might be construed as a critic is the low ceiling in the living room, that cause me some pain.
A must go! If you are lucky enough to be able to go there, do not hesitate. And I will envy you straight away! All the best!!

"Perfect place to stay with family or friends."

The cottage is the perfect place to stay with family or friends, it really does have everything you need. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the lounge, kitchen and garden are a great size. We went as a group of friends (4 couples) and had a great time. We highly recommend this place!

"High quality character property - can't recommend highly enough"

Myself and a group of friends have stayed at this property for a week over each of the last 6 years. The property is always immaculate when we arrive, it's like a second home now. The open fire in the lounge is homely yet there is also central heating and wifi for townies like myself. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the bedrooms are comfortable with furnishings of a high quality throughout. Northleach local store and the Wheatsheaf restaurant are minutes walk away and Cheltenham and Burford are just a short drive.

"Great property, great area and lovely family who own the property"

My husband and I stayed at the property as we went racing at Cheltenham. The property is just as it is described on the website. It is full of character, very cosy and beautifully presented. I can 100% gaurantee that we will be returning to it. North Leach is a great village as well; very accessible to the race course, as well as the town, which is great for shopping. I would highly recommend the property and have already passed on the good word to family and friends.

Great cottage in a great area! The village of Northleach is a two minute walk and really lovely with lots of pubs and a takeaway if you're not planning on cooking much. If you are planning on cooking the cottage is fully equipped (only thing missing was a pint of milk which would have been handy on arrival).
The owners called to check we'd arrived safely and that all was ok which was a nice touch as we were later arriving than planned.
Beds were really, really comfy.
Only thing I would mention is the narrow tread spiral staircase - not an issue for us but could be for some people (although they are mentioned on the website details).
Really charming cottage in a really charming village. Have recommended to friends and would go back.

Thanks, sorry there wasn't any milk, there should have been, a blonde moment on my part!!
