The Central England/Cotswolds region

Studio flat is at the foot of Cleeve Hill. part of the Cotswold chain of hills and the Cotswold Way.

The local village, Woodmancote, has thatched cottages and a pub with log fires. It's quiet here! You might get woken up by birds or sound of horses trotting by.

There's a network of beautiful footpaths surrounding the area but the M5 motorway is only a 15 minute drive.

Cotswold towns such as Broadway or Painswick are in a 30 minute drive away; Gloucester and Tewkesbury are closer.

Cheltenham is a Regency town and the main area is rather elegant so worth a visit.

If you like golf, horse riding, Cheltenham festivals whether racing, literary, music or science, this should suit you.

Similarly it's good for exploring the Cotswolds either on foot or by car.

"great facilities lovely views"

was pleased to find that this self contained garden annex was only recently refurbished, and everything is in perfect order. it was a bit too cold for walks on the 'two hills', but we found a couple of good local pubs in walking distance (the apple tree in woodmancote and the kings head in bishops cleeve). the landlady was very friendly and helpful.
