Home description
The apartment is spacious with lots of natural light which streams in through the tall sash windows thoughout the day. The kitchen is well stocked with dishwasher, large fridge freezer, washer and microwave. In addition to our welcome provisions of tea, coffee, milk sugar you will also find a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge and a few beers to welcome you after your journey. We don;t forget the children either! Cold drinks and cookies await them! We also provide useful additions such as dishwasher tablets, washing powder, liquid and cleaners. The lounge is comfortably furnished with leather sofa and armchairs. Virgin broadband wi-fi internet access and TV are provided free of charge. Both double bedrooms have large walk-in wardrobes and are furnished to a high standard with high quality linens. The Master bedroom has en suite facilities and there is an additional large bathroom. All linen and towels included and also complimentary high quality toiletries.

Fantastic town-centre location offering ideal walking distance to the Cheltenham Promenade, High Street and famous shopping arcades. In short, an ideal place to stay if you want to be within easy reach of Cheltenham Town's main attractions.
Shaftesbury Hall is a well known landmark in Cheltenham and was converted in 1998 to form these spacious apartments which have tall 11ft ceilings and numerous sash windows.
The area boasts a wide range of wine bars, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance of the apartment. The bus station which serves not only the surrounding cotswold villages but also the major towns and cities such as Birmingham, Oxford, Bristol, South West and London, is within a 5 minute walk. Taxis can be picked up on the Promenade, another short walk and Cheltenham Spa Train station is a short taxi journey.
Cheltenham Racecourse is a 20 minute walk - but only a short trip by bus or taxi. The apartment has the advantage of being to the front of the property with excellent views and all day sun. Accessed by a communal lift or stairs.

To confirm a reservation we require: A completed booking form 25% deposit of the full amount - if the start date of your stay is more than 8 weeks. 50% deposit of the full amount - if the start date of your stay is less than 8 weeks. The total amount of the apartment rental should be paid no later that 4 weeks prior to arrival unless agreed in writing. We prefer payment by BACS, cheque or Pay Pal. Should payment not reach us by the required 4 weeks prior to arrival we reserve the right to cancel any reservation and the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations If a cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to arrival the deposit and booking fee will be refunded. If a cancellation is made less than 28 days prior to arrival refunds will be made at our discretion subject to the apartment being re-let. No refund will be given for non arrivals Clients who do not stay for the full period of their booking will be charged for the full duration. Arrivals & Departures We understand that it is difficult to plan an exact time of arrival but would encourage our guests to try and make arrangements to take over the apartment between the hours of 1400 and 2000. Arrangements will be made prior to arrival for the handing over of keys. Security/breakages deposits are fully refundable within 10 days of the return of keys less any damages which occur doing the rental period. The landlord can not be responsible for loss or damage to the clients personal belongings and suggest a relevant personal insurance policy be in place.
