Situated in the Tivoli Area of Cheltenham, close to Montpellier and the town centre.Apartment 3 sleeps up to 4 people in one double bedroom, one single bedroom and sofabed in lounge. It is also possible to sleep an extra guest on a rollaway single bed in the single room, leaving the lounge area free. We would be happy to rearrange layouts & sleeping arrangements to suit. Recently refurbished to a high standard.

Booking Conditions:
To confirm a reservation we require: A completed booking form 25% deposit of the full amount - if the start date of your stay is more than 8 weeks. 50% deposit of the full amount - if the start date of your stay is less than 8 weeks. The total amount of the apartment rental should be paid no later that 4 weeks prior to arrival unless agreed in writing. We prefer payment by BACS, cheque or Pay Pal. Should payment not reach us by the required 4 weeks prior to arrival we reserve the right to cancel any reservation and the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations If a cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to arrival the deposit and booking fee will be refunded. If a cancellation is made less than 28 days prior to arrival refunds will be made at our discretion subject to the apartment being re-let. No refund will be given for non arrivals Clients who do not stay for the full period of their booking will be charged for the full duration. Arrivals & Departures We understand that it is difficult to plan an exact time of arrival but would encourage our guests to try and make arrangements to take over the apartment between the hours of 1400 and 2000. Arrangements will be made prior to arrival for the handing over of keys. Security/breakages deposits are fully refundable within 10 days of the return of keys less any damages which occur doing the rental period. The landlord can not be responsible for loss or damage to the clients personal belongings and suggest a relevant personal insurance policy be in place.
