1 Double Bed 1 King sized Bed (converts to 2 x large singles) 1 large single bed (3ft) with 1 x rollout single bed (2ft 6ins). We would point out that when the rollout bed is in use the single bedroom is small. We have found it fine for 2 children but adults may find it cramped. The lounge in Apt 3 can be used as a bedroom using the sofa bed and/or the single bed.
