About the home

We are extremely competitively priced being one of the cheapest on this site in Cheltenham at the moment. As most people have their own taste in shampoo, shower gel, tea and coffee etc we don't supply these items when we are offering a very cheap deal as it puts the price up. (nothing is for free) and with shops only 2 minutes away, anything that you need is easily available.
There is also a lovely pub/restaurant The Swan within very easy walking distance. Everyman Theatre 6 minutes walk!!!
Sit in the lounge and enjoy dinner overlooking Sandford Park which also has the lovely Lido with Heated pool.
Lounge includes dining table and chairs, very comfy 2 x 2 seater sofas. 32” TV. Very tastefully furnished. You will feel home from home in our apartment.. Recently had brand new carpet and sofas (December 2012)
Situated on the 2nd floor up 2 small, very manageable not steep flights of stairs.
Bedroom with double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
Single bedroom with full size single bed, wardrobe and drawers.
Kitchen with Microwave, full cooker with double oven, grill and 4 plates.
Iron and ironing board. Hair dryer.
Toaster. Fridge freezer.
All utensils for self catering.
Bathroom with bath,shower and toilet.
Full central heating.
All bedding and towels provided.
Ideal for all occasions, Races, Theatre, Festivals, Shopping weekends, business trips, the list goes on. Wi Fi internet.
After years of using Hotels, B & B's we wanted to provide a home from home environment in our apartment with all home comforts. We have hopefully provided everything you should need for your stay, may it be business, weekend shopping trip Races, Theatre, Festival etc. etc
Parking at rear in pay car park or easily unload and park free at many roads within easy walking distance, also at Pittville. You can leave your car for your entire vacation and walk to many many areas of Cheltenham. We have never had to pay for parking.

Our apartment is opposite lovely Sandford Park. Just cross the road and you are in the park. 6 minutes walk to the Beautiful Everyman Theatre!!!

Your really can walk to many places from our apartment. We walk everywhere when we stay there. Ideally situated for Cheltenhams many Festivals and Race meetings. Ideal situation if you want a shopping spree. 6 minutes walk to the Beautiful Everyman Theatre.

“Cosy, comfortable and convenient.” We found this apartment to be quiet and comfortable. It is very well equipped and conveniently situated for the town. The outlook from the lounge over Sandford Park is very pleasant. Jennie Rollinson was very accommodating and we would be very happy to stay here again if available. “Excellent location” We stayed here in December for a week. It is a lovely, cosy flat with all you could need for your stay. The location is fantastic with main shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. A car is not needed however if you have one, the helpful owners will direct you to free parking. “It's a comfortable, clean and perfect flat for living in the town centre” The flat has everything for living and cooking without problems, also it is a safe apartment. On the other hand, the owners are responsible, friendly and kind people. I was living with my wife in this flat for four months during the summer, and we had a very good stay. Response: It was a pleasure to have this lovely couple in our flat. Would recommend anyone to let their property to them.

“Fantastic location and very homely” Extremely friendly & accomodating owners, property is perfect location being 10 mins walk to main town shopping and activities. Apartment is located in high street so seconds walk to bars & restaurants, but is very quiet in apartment due to excellent double glazing, so not an issue at all. Lovely view overlooking Sandford Park for people watching, all in all had a lovely stay.
