"Exceeds expectation ... will come back!"

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage girls visiting from Hong Kong. Our visit was in the low season and we received a good rate. Apartment is very comfortable for 4 people, and very well equipped ... including a 60" LDC TV and a 5.1 surround sound home video system. It is conveniently located not far from the city center of Cheltenham, and yet very quiet. Only problem we encountered was that the fuse jumped a couple of times. After we realized that it occurred whenever we switch on the microwave oven, we simply stopped using it. But overall the stay was very satisfactory and value for money.

"Great accommodation for any type of traveller"

This is a fantastic house. It is clean and comfortable and the owner, Roger, seems to have thought of everything anybody could possibly need. The location is within walking distance of the station and the lovely Montpellier area, yet it's in a quiet cul-de-sac and feels secure. You will immediately feel at home here. Highly recommended.

"Clean, comfortable and convenient"

I came here with my mother in order to visit my daughter who has recently graduated and is now working in the area. The house was ideal in terms of location and facilities, in walking distance of the town centre and with easy parking. The furniture, decor, fixtures and fittings were all of an impressively high standard. The stairs are wide, well carpeted, not steep and with good hand holds on both sides which enabled my mother, who has some mobility restrictions, to get upstairs with relative ease. The water pressure is slightly low in the shower but this seems to be a characterisitc of the area rather than this particular property and was not a problem. The only minor drawback to our stay was the rather unispiring August weather for which the owner can not be held responsible! It was a pity though as the property offers excellent facilities for both relaxing and eating outside.

"Lovely property - great location"

We wanted to squeeze in a trip to the Cheltenham Jazz and Blues Festival, and this property was available for the weekend so we contacted the owner - Roger at short notice. He was very helpful and met us at the property when we arrived to show us how things worked. The property is a well maintained mews style house just 10 minutes walk from the Montpelier area of Cheltenham. It has got everything you would expect and was clean and comfortable. We had a fabulous weekend at the festival and the live jazz at the Hotel de Vin late Saturday night was memorable. Sunday morning was warm and sunny so we made some home made pancakes and ate breakfast al fresco in the garden - wonderful.
I would recommend this let for short stays in Cheltenham because of it's location, and the friendly welcome we received from the owner. We will definately return soon!
