This beautiful period apartment is set in its own private garden with overlooking a beautiful Park where picnics can be enjoyed whilst relaxing.
Parking is available within the grounds
Tennis Courts are set in Park - 5 minutes away with a putting green for budding golfers with a lovely cafe set in the Park, which also houses a small boating area.
Most advantageous is the easy access to surrounding Cotswold towns and beautiful villages.
The flat is located 5 minutes walk from Cheltenham Racecourse making it wonderfully suitable for festival paricipants and racegoers. NB. a small charge is admininistered for energy use de to rising cost.

Cheltenham is located in the heart of the Cotswolds. This beautiful area, with it's traditions, quaint villages, so typically English, is popular with both English and visitors from all over the world. The Cotswolds are well-known for gentle hillsides, county pubs and inns. The area is popular with walkers, cyclists, and tourists who want to explore the surrounding areas. Your holiday penthouse is located just 15 minutes away from the medieval Saxon village of Wichcome which houses Sudeley Castle where Katherine Parr, the last wife of Henry V111 lived. Painswick, 20 minutes drive is another hidden gem, off the beaten track.
Amongst the many attractions nearby are the beautiful and historic cities of Bath, Oxford and Stratford-upon- Avon, Shakespeare's birthplace. Tetbury, home to several members of the Royal family is easily accessible, the drive offers beautiful scenery.
The Cheltenham / Pittville area
Cheltenham is a beautiful, Regency Spa town with fabulous regency architecture. It is home to one of the finest National Hunt Festivals in the country, held at the magnificent grounds of Cheltenham Racecourse in March. Throughout the year, Cheltenham hosts many famous festivals including the Literature, Science, Music, Jazz, Gold Cup and Cricket Festivals held in the beautiful grounds of Cheltenham College where prominent writers, singers and sports people perform. Cheltenham is also famous for it's shops on the Promenade.The charming French style area of Montpellier is very laid back with it's many cafes, bars, restaurants and individual shops. Several golf courses are also nearby. The area offers swimming, horse-riding, watersports and many well kept Parks for children and adults. Why not take the children or enjoy a day watching the famous Gloucester or Bath rugby, football or cricket.
