About the home

Totally refurbished in 2009 this end of terrace house is in a quiet backwater of the town centre ideally situated for events at the Racecourse, University and Literature Festival in the town centre.
Like a "tardus" this light and airy house is deceptively spacious and unbelievably can sleep up to 6 people in 2 twin bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms, which share a bathroom with shower. No sleeping in the lounge in this property!!
The fully fitted kitchen enables guests to heat a microwave meal or cook a full Sunday roast! A private sunny rear garden is great for relaxing after a hard days work or hiking round the Cotswolds. Table and chairs are supplied for the terrace and a BBQ on request. Enjoy those Summer evenings sitting outside with a well earned tipple! Shops and an array of local pubs and restaurants are within 2 mins walk.

Strictly NON-SMOKING, except outside .

A 50% non-refundable deposit required on booking. Balance and damages deposit required 4 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment with damages deposit if booking within 4 weeks of arrival. Cancellation insurance is recommended.

A refundable damages deposit of £250-£500, dependent on group size and event, returned within 7 working days of departure, after full inspection of the property.

Card payments accepted. Debit cards £1 handling charge.
BACS transfer. Please ask for bank details.
